Billy's Golden Fish And Chips in South Tyneside

Pizza and chips are delicious. Although it says free chips with pizza, pizzas are little more expensive than most places so not exactly free in my opinion.

The kebab meat and chips are lovely..the fish and chips are not too much oil in the bag swimming

Chips are OK but cannot beleive £2.50 for a bag of chips. Looking round afterwards though seems to be the going price now I don't usually buy them so kind of a one off fir me.

Literally on the doorstep for work. Great sized portions and fish is canny nice. Will continue to use this place.

Never had a problem with food, always served and delivery piping hot. Only gripe I have is if you go to collect food you have to spend £6 to use a cash card. Apart from that great service, friendly staff and extremely clean shop.Just need Billy's to sign up to Too Good Too Go now 😁

Absolutely disgusting attitude from staff and delivery drivers didn’t deliver my sauce and was waiting 2 hours and then they closed the shop and never delivered it wouldn’t recommend to anyone won’t be going there again delivery driver lied and said she was a manager when she isn’t because the business is owned by a male terrible

Awful. We ordered to pick up, went there 20 mins later as advised, and found out we still had to wait. Infact, people who just turned up and queued got served quicker than we did.

Good little chippy, nice pizzas (if a bit greasy)kebab meat ok certainly not the best in Shields.Staff very moody though never sure what you'll get when you go through the door.Adds interested to each visit.

Lucky to get one star, 2 times I have ordered and they have got it wrong and waited over a hour. I left it and went elsewhere for a while but thought I would give them another go. Yet again the order was wrong, waited nearly a hour, kebab meat was hard, food was cold and the kebab wrap was a joke. It was a tortilla wrap put on paper then kebab meat, chips and sauce shoved on top not wrapped.definitely won't be back ever it's a disgrace.
