Changing Tides in South Tyneside

Brilliant cafe, my food was all lovely and it was a great cup of coffee. N's veggie breakfast was good, the black pudding was undistinguishable from the non veggie version and should be applauded but the sausages were not to our taste. This is definitely one that will get our support when we're out and about.

I got a magic bag from here. It was full off great things from grocery goods, vegan food and was way beyond my expectations. The staff where so friendly and I absolutely loved my experience from here.

Fantastic atmosphere, great 'cheesa' toasties (with onion bhaji - yum!) and a really powerful mission statement to create a unique place to enjoy food and drinks and conversation in the area. Great playlist too (love Paul Simon's Kodachrome and hadn't heard it for years!)

A little gem, good food, great selection of beers and wines.The staff are very attentive and really go out of their way to look after you.My family love this place + Luna the dog. Thank you all xxx

Great attentive service! The coffee was great, I had a vegan biscoff frappe and it came with vegan cream which was a huge treat! The food was also great, me and my partner had the veggie and vegan full English. He loved the runny egg and halloumi and my favourite part was the sausages and scrambled tofu.I will defiantly be coming for brunch again and maybe for a few drinks because their beer selection looked amazing!

Amazing little vegan and vegetarian cafe in the middle of ocean Road. Warm and friendly atmosphere and the food was so tasty Only downside was that I was so full after my meal that I didn't have room for a dessert. Will definitely be visiting again. Well done "Sea Change' for offering good well priced vegan food.

Amazing place. Best vegan / vegetarian place in South Tyneside. Second time we have been , first time we had Vegan Mince Pie, Mash and Peas and veggie gravy. Second time we had the Burger and fries. 5 stars all the way

Lovely Vegetarian Saveloy dip - first time I tried it! Chocolate Fudge cake was warmed with a pot of cold cream - so lush. Mochas were really chocolatey too which is just how we like them. Service was friendly also. Definitely going to visit them again.
