Popped in for lunch (25/09/21) rubbish customer service ordered a wrap what a disappointment it was hardly any filling plonked on plate for the price their should have been a side salad & it wasn't even wrapped properly!! 1st visit & last

Really bad service waited 25 minutes for a wrap and toast !! Wrap was greasy and hard ,so hard it fell to bits like a crisp, not the best bit to be fair they did refund 👏

I'm a regular at Charlestons, staff always warm & welcoming, safety during the pandemic has been exemplary, this diner is always cleaned to a high standard, food is fantastic hence the regularity visits, staff take their roles seriously, ive noticed this cafe does have many rugular customers. Well worth a visit

No-one seemed to take any notice whilst we "waited to be seated" - no warm greeting, just asked what we wanted and how paying. There was more interest taken in questioning us as to whether we had altered our seating arrangements (which we had not!). Venue/food/drink/cost make it worth a visit, tho' a more friendly and welcoming visit would improve matters greatly.
