Delicious City Chinese Takeaway in South Tyneside

Absolutely disgusted in this place , being shouted at by the owner because I dared complain about the bbq spare ribs , which were sent in a horrible brown watery tasteless sauce , did not want to rectify the situation at all just shouted down the phone at me calling me a liar, absolutely appalling customer service

Just had sweet and sour chik. And house special satay. With prawn crackers. Was assured fresh cooked, the crackers wer soft and chips were definitely not fresh. Chewy beef and only 2 prawns. Very messy and definitely not special

Very bad customer service from the Chinese staff, extremely rude and abrupt. No customer service skills whatsoever, will not be going back again. Ordered food, told half an hour wait, turned up to collect the food and still had to wait, food actually took an hour from ordering!!! Food is awful!!!

£44 on food for it to turn up stone cold, stale and soggy. Waited 1 hour 30 for delivery which I don’t really have an issue with if the food turns up hot and fresh. Rang to complain was told they would cook it all fresh and have it redelivered which I said we had already waited 90 minutes at this point it was 8pm and we were starving I politely declined and asked for money off next time as it would be wasteful to chuck £44 worth of food in the bin and have it all recooked again. I was advised that they would give us something free next time which I think is appalling to be honest we should of had a full refund. Won’t be ordering again even though we are regulars.

Many delicious things, I really like and above all friendly .. if an Italian 🇮🇹 says so, believe us that we understand food🙂

I Review every order restaurant and takeaway Never had one fault with these other than a slight mishap with been sent gravy instead of curry however they sent curry out within 15 minutes of ringing up food was absolutely gorgeous my partner is a very picky when he comes to takeaways and could not fault one bit about the food 5 star from of defently order and more often

Really nice Chinese takeaway. Their Salt and Pepper king prawns are amazing and so is the beef in black Bean and chow means.Don't let the location fool you. I'm really picky a put Chinese food but there's is sublime
