Domino's Pizza in South Tyneside

Ordered 4 large pizzas and dips at 9. 13 on Saturday . The wrong order was delivered and taken away at 10.40. Another order was delivered missing the allergy pizza at 10. 50 by a female delivery driver. She was going straight back to shop to collect missing pizza, shop is 5 minutes from house. After 20 mins rang shop and manager knew nothing about it. Said he would deliver missing allergy ordered pizza. At 11.40 pizza turned up, but not the right one. Still waiting on full correct order and this is not the first time this has happened.

Absolutely STINKING needs sorting out, got me being sick all over

Great food but the delivery drivers find it hard to find your house and the app fails to work with this store quite often on Wednesday (£5.99 app deal). My mate got the wrong order couple of times too and only refund him through taking credit from the next order 😂😂😂 apart from that good food just don't rely on delivery. Staff must have a hard time so I've went to Papa John's instead tonight.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Disgusting quality. Cold, chewy, no cheese, and smelled weirdly metallic. Made both of us sick. Couldn't eat more than a slice and even that was a struggle. Infinitely worse than any other dominos I've ever eaten at. And as if that wasn't enough, they refused to refund us for the vomit worthy garbage they sent to us. Never again.

We ordered garlic bread alongside our pizza but we got delivered 3 extra garlic herb dips. Upon informing the south shields dominos pizza they first said they delivering garlic break in 10 minutes but after 10 minutes in another call, they said they still working on it and in another call after 15 minutes more they manager said he cannot see our garlic bread order and we need to place new order for full pizza and garlicn bread. Then he says it’s going to take lot of time to deliver as they busy. I explained to them about how their system and driver has messed with our order but the manager didn’t helped at all. I explained that we ready to place whole new order but needs on priority as garlic bread was for our little son who was not happy with his part of order missing. The manager ignored all requests but continued to press on longer delivery times. I found whole experience extremely disappointing in customer service.

Rang up as they got my order wrong and as I was saying thank you very much for sending the correct stuff out, the woman on the phone hung up on me. I personally thought that it was a bit disrespectful and unprofessional.

Grumpy delivery guy who disappeared after I came out to collect. Store manager is dishonest. Promised refund but never received. Had to dispute via CC. Avoid at all costs.

Delicious pizza and fast delivery every time. Writing this review based on the delivery guy You need to keep him he's spot on. Meeting for only seconds but he's a nice chap, great manners and great sense of humour. Had him deliver a few times now. Thomas the sensible I think it was.

Worst pizza delivery ever!!!! It Never arrived.I contacted the store twice waited over an hour still no pizza 🤬 I emailed head office they were no help said sorry and will I like to re order I said no chance.So now I am out off pocket £14.99. 💵☝️🤬

Shocking attitude from one of the staff members. I was waiting at the door for a collection. No one came. I called loudly several times and no one answered, yet I could see them. I moved the corona collection point ever so slightly to pop my head in (from the door). This chap with the beard was extremely rude and abrupt and shouted for me to get out. I did. I explained to this chap that I was waiting for 5 min and calling. No apology. He continued his angry/aggressive attitude.On leaving after such a poor attitude, I didn't feel I should say thanks especially after the poor service - and he sarcastically shouted after me "your welcome". Very surprised at such poor service and attitude.
