Fish & Chips G.S & H.S Gill in South Tyneside

The fish was big enough to split into 3 parts. Ate one third and had chips. Bagged the other 2 bits and rest of chips and froze them for air frying later. Staff are very warm and friendly. 10 out of 10. 👌

Waited 15 mins for my order but it was lovely when I ate it. The lady serving was very friendly and helpful but my bad review is only about the Time I waited for basic Fish and Chips.

Very nice fish& chips cooked perfectly. Crispy golden batter chips just right. Lady called Hilda served me was very Polite.

Food was good, as usual, but service was VERY slow. I stood for about 15mins before anyone asked me what I wanted. Luckily, nothing that had to be cooked off, but not a great experience

Small and cosy, friendly staff, just try the food! No complaints here. Nice around atmosphere.

To me , kebab should be wrapped away from the salad , so you have that experience of personally selecting which vegetables you want inside a rolled up kebab strip. Here, however ... kebab is slapped on the salad , like how life slaps you in the face after school . Harsh and messy.
