Great meals at a very good price. Highly recommend the various chicken dishes. All Greene King pubs should have them on the menu. Usual nice choice of beers also.

Food was great. My only gripe I went for Sunday lunch and was told I could only order off the menu. Only to then see people getting a Sunday roast around me.

Lovely food and brilliant staff. The food in general was good for the price. We didn't have to wait long. Craig the manager is very helpful and does a awesome bingo night. Definitely will be coming back to have another go of winning.

I'm not one to post bad reviews, but I we were so unimpressed with our first Christmas fayre in 2 years. We've eaten here over many previous years and never been disappointed, so were sad it was so poor.Tiny portion of prawns with an un-branded plastic pot of sunflower spread, not butter for the white bread, looked and treated cheap.Salty gravy, rock hard, over-cooked roasties, tasteless pig in a blanket. The other veg were nice, including the sprouts and the turkey was decent too.The festive burger? Least festive thing I've ever seen, not juicy, not festive, a bit of lettuce and nothing else with a portion of substandard chips.Veggie butternut tart option was tasty.Dessert.. well cheesecake was a tiny quarter of the sort you buy in the supermarket, rather than a catering sized pack, dumped on the plate with a blob of ice-cream.On the plus side the bar staff are lovely, friendly and fast.

Been visiting for years now and always enjoyed their pub food. However the past two times have been absolutely outstanding!!! Good food, always busy, good deals on.Only gripe today was we ordered 6 meals via the app to the table and they all came at different staggered times, nevertheless we all picked at each others food. Lovely atmosphere, nothing is a bother.

Nice looking place with friendly staff. We stopped in for a meal on Sunday and the menu is impressively large. You can either download the Green Kind app for your smart phone - which we did - or take your order to the bar. We used the app, created an account, chose the food and paid with Apple Pay. Straight forward enough and the drinks arrived almost immediately. The food took another 45 minutes though. It was busy. The chicken zinger burger was great. Cooked just right with plenty of chips, onion rings and plenty in the bun. Wry tasty. The Sunday roast was a beef one, but the meat was chewy and the quite a lot of it was covered in horseradish rather than just being on the side. The mash was dry too, although the other vegetables were nicely cooked.So a bit of a mixed bag and if we went back, I think we would lean more into ordering the ‘pub grub’ kind of food rather than something a little more complicated like a nicely cooked Sunday roast.TTV

Another great experience at the foundation 4 adults and my 2 year old granddaughter ate there service was great and everybody thoroughly enjoyed there meals myself and my daughter had the new loaded 12oz philly steak my wife had 8oz sirloin steak with frys and beef dripping sauce with a side of macaroni cheese and my son-in-law had hunters chicken and my granddaughter had chicken nuggets and chips

The seating arrangement for where children are allowed to sit is all wrong we had to sit near bar area where people are getting drunk. I rang up the other week to book and asked to book a table for 4 the person on the phone was very rude and was very cocky in his response "erm no you can't ", well because of this I took my custome else where !
