Kfc south shields uk in South Tyneside

Beyond dissatisfaction. Visited 5 weeks ago and ordered 2 popcorn chicken means for my children. The queue was horrendous and when i got home only 1 meal was in the bag. I put in a complaint and was given case ref.I visited again today but forgot my complaint ref. Was advised id need this to claim my food back. I understand this is procedure so agreed id claim next time i was in. The queue was over an hour long on the drive through and on arriving home i have discovered they have done the same again and only packed 1 meal. I feel stupid for not checking before i left due to the error last time but after my wait i wanted to get home to feed my children now again called only to be offered another complaint reference. I am ex staff here and hate moaning customers but the place has gone to shambles. Will not be back

Every credit to this place. I can honestly say the best service and the best kentucky we have had in years. Ordered party bucket and it was served to us in less than a minute. We watched the staff packaging it and couldn't believe the team work resulting in a fast and efficient service. Will certainly be visiting again. Just wish other Kentucky shops would learn from this one.

This review is based on multiple KFC takeaway orders. So for starters there's always missing orders, I would say 80% of the time. The drinks come in smaller cans and at times, I always experience the chicken to be overcooked. Delivery time is quite reasonable so I have no complaints with that

if i could give this less stars i would, all the food was freezing cold, packed in a mess. the delivery driver took his time bringing it down (that’s uber eats problem) but all the chicken was wasted, due to the scare of food poisoning if heated up. went down hill instantly.

Used the drive through service, which was an eternity 25 my nutes for 4 cars. The food was appalling,chicken was cold and tasteless and the drink was flat and that was after a 5 minute drive after service. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

Just had and very disappointing order of fillet burger meal, zinger burger meal, popcorn n chips. All chips cold and soggy, chicken just warm, no added cheese as requested. Disgusting and disappointing, wont ever yse this KFC ever again. (Had to put 1⭐ so post would go through)

Enjoyed my first KFC in a very long time. Bought a family meal to treat the daughters family and received a great discount. Very quick service and excellent meal. We all enjoyed our tasty treat. That's finger licking good!

Appalling, was asked to wait on a bay for 10 minutes, after 20 minutes I had to go into the store and my food still wasn't ready also my towered wicked zinger burger seemed to have been thrown together by a blind person and was covered in half a tonne of salsa sauce along with 2 pieces of under cooked chicken in the bargain bucket I got for the misses and kids.

We got a 10 piece family feast still loverly and hot when we got home nice staff. They were quick to put our order together while chatting to us

Another huge fail by KFC at South Shields. Ordered over £35 worth of food and my 11 year olds hasn’t arrived. Used deliveroo. Tried calling the restaurant but keep hanging up on me. Disgusting customer service. Will never use them again
