We've had a few seafood platters from Latimers which are always excellent. However, it has now become my default mid-route cycle stop if I'm riding this way. A crab sandwich on brown bread with a tea always hits the spot.

Great selection of fresh seafood, clean and plenty of parking, only seating available are outside as indoor cafe still closed due to covid. Very close to beach if you fancy a stroll after eating.

First visit since the end of lockdown, had fantastic chowder, and a lovely sandwich, and took shellfish away to have at home. Good choice of fish in the deli, well worth a visit.

Only a few times I've been in here and have a good choice of fish. However some are expensive and I thought there was less choice than last time. There was more seaweed choice last time and offered to task which helped me to choose. There was a restaurant next door which I will try next time.OVERALL if you have not been you must try and venture.

Gorgeous selection of fish and shell fish! Wanted to try everything! The dressed crab was amazing! We tried warm kipper sandwiches! Scallops to die for! Smoked salmon will be back for more 😋

They are only doing takeaway at the moment. But it elevates the concept of takeaway to another level. Absolutely delicious and totally special. We got the dressed crab box . It wasn't cheap but it was great value. Two dressed crab, six large prawns, two trays of prawns, smoked mackerel, stottie, mayo and loads of lemon. Next time we will get the lobster box.

Amazing seafood shop! It was hard to choose from the fantastic array of fresh seafood on offer. In the end we went for the lobster platter - and were not disappointed!

Took my 11 year old here as he loves seafood, we got a takeaway box each a can of San Pelligrino and a bottle of Diet Coke, £36. It’s pricey but seafood isn’t cheap, it’s what you’d expect to pay. In the box we had a few lingoustines, dressed crab meat, mackerel, prawns, sourdough bread, a mayo sachet, a few slices of lemon and a wipe for later. It was incredibly filling for what is there. We went to the takeout window at the side of the building to make our order and the woman serving was a great help, explaining what we might like, what other products we could have and just general advice about seafood. The packaging was cardboard and inside was a wooden knife and fork, so a thoughtful company too.If you like seafood then it’s definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic fish counter. Overpriced cafe. The fish counter; It has all manner of sea food, and it is so fresh, they're shilling the oysters behind the counter. They also have a range of sauces/kits and accessories to help you make the most of the items you buy.We bought some tiger prawns, a tub of crayfish tails and some potted shrimp. They were very nice, according to my seafood-loving wife. The cafe;£10+ for six prawns, half a dozen oven chips and a lettuce leaf. My wife enjoyed it, so that's all that matters. The Sailor's Breakfast was nice - a sausage pattie, rasher of bacon, black pudding, haggis beans and toast/baguette. More worthy of the asking price in my opinion.Would we go back? Certainly. We've been several times, and wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had garlic king prawns with fries, and chowder. Both were lovely, the fish was nice and fresh. We sat outside; it feels a bit like you're sitting in the car park, but this can't be helped. Overall we enjoyed our meals.
