Lovely meal, staff attentive as always, make you feel special. Great place to take family and friends.

Excellent service for a large birthday meal. Staff were excellent with the children in the party and all food served quickly. All food came perfectly as ordered and serving sizes were very generous (pizza for breakfast next day!)

Beautiful venue decor amazing, very attentive and pleasant staff. Food good, 2 course lunch good value . One or 2 issues that were satisfactorily rectified. Lovely afternoon overall

Was very nice, service was amazing, staff were lovely. Food portions were in the small side but then I didn't feel too bad ordering a dessert. Cocktails were lovely too.

Went for staff night out. 22 of us in total. Gorgeous surroundings but downhill from there. Huge cocktail menu but a lot of them are too sweet indicating an over use of syrup. Drinks are very expensive just under £5 for a corona. With it being a big table food did not come out at once as expected, but staff asked if everything was ok before we had tasted many of the dishes. As the organiser of the meal i got up and asked everyone if everything was ok, at this point 3 of our party pointed out that the 2 surf and turf dishes smelled fishy and did not taste right, and were told by staff that it was their fault for not saying anything when they were asked if everything was ok. They had replied that they had not tried it yet. I took both dishes myself to a member o staff to complain as no-one was interested in coming to the table. I pointed out that these people were chefs and knew when a dish did not smell right and that the dishes smelled fishy, only to be told that they smelled fishy because it was a fish dish. I'm no expert but in my experience seafood should not smell of the sea after being cooked. They refused to change the 2 dishes even the seafood. We didn't want money taken off just the dishes cooked like they are supposed to be. At this point someone came out and presented a video of a live lobster as if to point out that the lobster in the video was the one which was served and it was fresh, I'm sorry but a video of an unrelated lobster proves nothing.In the end the 3 people shared a pizza and left the 2 dishes picture provided of how they were returned. No apology, no replacement and no money taken off.No staff came to our table at all to clear the dishes even though everyone was finished until we requested the bill. We paid the whole bill including £75 for 2 returned dishes, suffice to say we left without a tip and a promise not to return for the most appalling service and ignorance ever.

Take an alarm clockAmazing decor amazing food but it is nothing more than greed with a companyWe had mains dessert and coffees then told to pack up go into bar as table is waiting NO NO NO. They even brought desserts and coffee together. I know a business is money it's also about regulars who keep going that support you so think of the regulars who with a sweet and coffee have justified having extra time at table and not move along the cattle tray to squash more profit in by walk in custom. If I want coffee in the bar I d have it how unprofessional and greedy

Tried this place for Sunday lunch booking was made easy on the phone I was pleasantly. surprised once inside. place was quite busy staff were friendly I ordered the traditional trio of meats with seasonal vegetables for (£14.95) which was advertised as aged reared strip loin slow roasted beef.What I received was sliced processed beef which tasted awful which I left.Wyvestows and Bar Blue were fully booked so I give Mambos a try for a change how sorry I was.

Should of been 1 start but previous visits have saved you!Visited today, 2 friends had the burgers, dry buns brought to the waiters attention he offered to replace the meals but sadly we didn't have time to wait for fresh meals to be cooked.I had the chicken with peppercorn sauce, it was tasty, we all had chips or fries, those tasted like frozen triple cooked chips, hard on the mouth!Whats happened to this place?Further more, after dining here 10plus times and never having to raise a complaint yet, when we did he just took the drinks off the bill... my friends only eat the burger, no bun, and barely touched the house speical triple cooked frozen Smart price chips!So when things go wrong don't expect a discount, you'll pay for it weather you eat it or don't eat it. Not really the way to treat returning customers... you just lost 3 sadly as I don't think we will return now. 😔 but take the comments on board, and save your business!

We have been now 3 times for Sunday lunch it's beautiful, the meal was amazing the staff are very attentive and so professional, brilliant service. We went on a recommendation and we were not disappointed so I would and have recommended Mambos wine and dine to anyone. I would recommend that you book on a Sunday as its always been very busy when we have been 😁

We came to mambos wine and dine for a 50th birthday service was excellent and the food was excellent too all of our party enjoyed their food no one complained about anything definitely worth a visit great atmosphere and great food with great service
