Ordered food was missing my pizza so was litterally delivered onion rings and chips, driver left food at the door so couldn’t catch abserloute joke considering food took over 1 hour to come

Would give 0 stars it I could. Ordered first time and they gave wrong sauces, which can happen so fair enough. Ordered again and they sent the completely wrong pizza, and refused to do anything about it, won't touch the place again.

Possibly the worst kebab I have ever hadAnd trust meI've had some bad ones.The so called mixed kebab was ready and bagged up within 1 minute of placing the orderI should have trusted my instinct when it was handed over seconds after my order.Never known a kebab cooked and delivered so quickly before.The pitta bread was staleThe chicken was older than my left bootAnd tasted like itand the donner meat was like cardboardThe salad was 2 thin slices of tomato and red cabbageThe chilli sauce was not chilli sauce!!It wasn't even chilli it was some form of home made salsaProbably old tomato pulpIf I could give it a lower score than 1I would have doneI certainly won't be going there again and neither should you

Chicken kebabs getting more expensive for smaller portions ( salad ) they can't be bother to check pita!! breads have be warmed ( hard and stale , Can't use waist of time, spoils meal) , this occurs even when you ask them to check pita bread are don properly

Stumbled upon this place whilst waiting for the bus home so ordered some chips. Best chips I've had in a long time. Cooked to perfection.Ordered a pizza, a burger and chips the next day and I can't fault anything. My diet is ruined but atleast I'm happy.The only regret I have, is not finding this place sooner.

For god sake! Ordered a 16inch pizza from here for myself and my girlfriend. After one bite each it was back in the box! The doe was rock hard and very stale, and the smell....our front room stank of cardboard staleness, rang the lads back and was told its fresh... never tasted a pizza as bad before, will only trust restaurants from now on.

It’s a little known fact that Mario’s do the best chicken kebabs in South Shields, period.The chips are also superb, pizzas are great and I’ve never had a reason to complain in 10+ years of going here.Menu is pretty comprehensive, they allow you to pay by card and they also do just eat & delivery - so overall a fantastic takeaway.
