Masterchef Takeaway in South Tyneside

Always ordered from there and thought the food was nice until last night when I found a huge hair on my Pizza, probably from the lass working behind the counter with no hair net on. They have lost a customer as I will never go back now. Not Acceptable !!!

Hi . I ordered 2 naan babs tonight. They were absolutely awful. Order from here from time to time. Usually good but food was bland.everything tasted the same?? Have you changed recipe?? Dreadful.

So disappointed always my go to place for a nanbab. But tonight was an utter letdown chicken was bland and flavourless and the full thing just tasted bland and mushy no flavour no spice ☹️ full thing gone in bin

Since the owner changed ,the food hygiene is horrible. They gave me a pizza that smelled as if it was out of the trash and smelled horrible. Ever since then I always get an upset stomach. Never ordering again. I ordered a lot of times before and I now I just order if I have a really bad craving. The food tastes good but it's unhygienic and absolutely trash

Food is unreal and very good portion sizes. Curry wraps is the best I've tasted in a long time.

Normally never have a problem from here, food is always lovely however today I sat down to eat my pizza to discover 3 mouldy pieces of pepperoni across the pizza, so we rang the restaurant to be faced with a person with the worst customer service skills, so rude and tried to call us liars when we were explaining the situation, he then passed us on to another person and she was also rude. Not happy at all, the way the staff speak to customers is bang out of order!!!!

Never had a problem with this place and constantly recommending it but after the couple we ordered with yesterday received a pizza with some obviously mouldy pepperoni and rang up to ask for a replacement, they received demands for photos and denials that it was off. They also demanded the pizza back and were quite rude. After they put a critical review on here the owners were again rude and told them to eat somewhere else. I had been arguing for Master Chef to be given another chance and that anyone can deliver some off food once in a while but after the awful attitude to two regular customers, I will not be ordering from here either. Shame after about five or six years of regular orders but zero satisfaction and a rude response if anything goes wrong puts me right off. Recommend you try somewhere else. Four regular customers lost for nothing but a bad attitude.If you take a chance and order from here, I hope everything is OK as there seems to be no tolerance for even a mild complaint. How difficult would it have been just to say sorry, here is a replacement pizza? Totally disappointed.

Customer service here tonight was absolutely disgusting rang up for delivery and my 12 old daughter wanted kebab meat meal but i asked for the garlic sauce separately as she doesn't like it smothered which they point blank REFUSED. Surely as a paying customer a little request like that shouldn't been a bother. We were regular customers but definitely won't use this takeaway again.

Just ordered £50 worth off food. Always been lovely from here and staff pleasant but not today ! Portion of chips that would not feed a toddler it was so small. Poppadums in tiny pieces and no onion bajhi in main tandoori cocktail meal ! Manager basically said tough. Will not go back after shocking attitude.

This Shops Customer Service is disgusting, I've been here a few times now and tell you what the lady owner has no manners at all. They have messed my order up not once or twice but three times now, absolute joke.GREEDY! I just recently spent £36.00 and because I removed 2 items of a pizza and added one they had the cheek to take a pound of me at the door for it, even though promised discount. Food isn't the greatest but also not to bad, This is MERELY the customer service I am talking about and for that reason I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!
