Great coffee and fruit Sunday was fabulous. Quite busy but staff were efficient.Will be going back very soon to try their other sundays

The ice cream is obviously 5 stars . Tastes great. Worth the long wait in the queue. Its just that wait is long. The picture is a half hour wait... whilst entertaining 2 young kids... it's a difficult wait and then when you finally get the ice cream... one kid drops theirs and its heart breaking....

Greatly enjoyed toasties, teacakes, milkshakes and various ice-creams (between 4 of us!).And best of all was the service: one assistant helped carry the order and another took complete care to ensure that one ice-cream was totally free of nuts. Much appreciated 👍👍👍🍦🥡🍨

The ice cream is absolutely delicious. I started eating it as a very young child. The quality is consistently wonderful. Their cappuccinos are divine too. The staff are friendly and helpful.One of their main locations is on South Shields beachfront. What more could you ask for? 😀

They've changed the way sell the ice cream and there are no longer lots of different flavours.Instead they've started selling a limited flavour of sundaes. The sundaes aren't very big at all and they start at £5.95 I think it was (either £5.95 or £6.95.I don't understand why they've done this - 'if it's not broken, don't fix it'.Hope they stop and go back to the old way of doing it!

Awarding-winning company and well deserved in my opinion. Pistachio sundaes are the best!

The food and drinks are lovely we had ice creams, cheese scones and toastie with tea, coffee and lattes all really nice... Tables weren't very clean or maintained and there's not a lot of seating inside so you've got to be quick or in there early

What fabulous ice-cream they sell here! I had a sugar cone which was very crunchy and rather large. The ice-cream was delicious and I chose creme egg with extra nuts. The young man who served me was very helpful and courteous. I'll definitely be returning!

Loved it. Kids love a ice cream and all the bits on top. A large tub is really a large tub too. Yum and thanks

Great little ice cream parlour. I had the pistachio it was lovely. Nice flavours and other options to chose from. Will visit again when in the area.
