Really nice owner. He really takes pride in his business and the food he serves. Asked if I could have the garlic sauce seperate. He replied saying every thing comes packaged separately. For someone who tracks their macros and likes to eat well this was perfect. Able to track my meal and feel confident with the quality of food I was eating. And best of all I didn't have to cook it. The owner even dropped it out to the car when ready. Service and food 10/10. I will be back. The owner recommended the kebab and the pizza as both made fresh on premises every day. I had the chicken kebab and it was yummy.

Went in and ordered cheesy chips and bolognese thinking it would be something quick for tea, waited for 25 minutes for microwaved hard chips, very small portion for £6.70. The owner / managers attitude was just as bad as the food. Never again.There’s many better takeaways in shields, Gills would have been my first choice but was closed due to Corona.

My wife and I have gone here for the first time tonight and the Pizzas are up there with the the best I've had. We will 100% be visiting here again, nice one!! 👍

If only I can give less than 0.this was my 1st and last time I make an order from them. When I ordered I said chicken donner wrap, I received lamb donner wrap. When I phone them the very chatty man that doesn’t let anyone to speak said its common sense donner wrap to be from lamb. Well no. Donner wrap can be made from any meat. he said they don’t have chicken donner wrap. Mr chatty man when i said chicken you supposed to let me know whether you do or you don’t have. Mr chatty man are you aware that people suffer from allergies, crohns ,collitis and other conditions that prevent people to eat your "common" food. One of those people is member of my family. yea, you said you record the call and you will pass to police. Consider yourself lucky that on this occasion my family member didn’t end up in hospital and only had minor flare up. Mr chatty man review your policy and make an updates accordingly with trading standards and with the law before its not too late. At the end i cannot complain for drivers.

Best takeaway I've ever ordered from! Friendly staff, 5* hygiene rating and the quality, taste and freshness of the food is award winning. Wont be using any other takeaways from now on.

One of THE best pizza places in South Shields. Consistently high quality food, served by friendly helpful staff. Priced on a par with your average pizzeria, they sometimes do good value specials too. Definitely worth a visit

Fantastic service with friendly staff , quick delivery. By far the best Chicken kebabs I've ever eaten!! Finally a takeaway that values its customers and strives to keep them coming back 10/10 :)

Amazing service!!!I placed a order in just eat and added a note that I had a nut allergy. Within five minutes I had a phone call asking about the allergy and just confirming that there were no nuts in what I ordered.He made extra sure that I was ok with this and if I had any problems to ring them.The food was delicious as well.Very impressed 😊

Food is nice and very well presented although pizzas do limit the toppings. Personly I think the price is quite high in comparison to all other take always and the owner moans if you want to change something slightly on the menu or add extra cheese etc. The staff can be quite rude on the phone also and the time is terrible for an order, especially for a collection. We got told 30minutes but ended up sitting in the shop for a further 20minutes! No discount offered or even an apology, this shop need to rethink the way they treat customers as their attitude is pretty appalling
