Primrose Golden Fish And Chips in South Tyneside

Awful, inedible, 3 meals in bin , never again if I could this zero stars I would .

As a family we got fish and chips here last night and the food was very poor. The chips tasted like they’d been refried from earlier. We were all very disappointed.

Chicken kebab was raw not cooked through propley, Phoned to advise and was told no refunds - he did offer me a free pizza the following day... but think we'll just avoid this place from now on.

Haven't been in a long while, but was really impressed with the Fish & Chips....Very busy behind the serving counter, but the Young Staff on that evening managed....

Will never go back customer service was shocking pushed my change in my hand not a please or thank you never even said fish not ready just walked away arrogant man

Horrendous service food arrived a full he late and when we got our food it was cold and after trying to phone for 40 mins with no answer the delivery driver said he only just got the food do not get anything delivered from this place unless you want to be disappointed

I have ordered twice from here now and I have to say the fish and chips are lovely, no grease!! Both times the deliveries have been on time and both drivers very friendly, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend this takeaway 👍

Very poor service. Three times in a row now they have forgot to cook my pizza for collection meaning it takes an hour to get pizza and chips. The food is nice but I think they take on too many orders and the staff are kids with no clue about customer service. I seen people walking h out and ringing h up to complain on how long their deliveries were taking. I will avoid from now on and go to Paul's.

Had fish & chips a few times from here but never again. The last few times the fish has stunk, really pungent that went through the whole house.05.04.19 - Went back again on the off chance standards had improved but i wrong. Chips were disgusting they looked liked they had been sitting there since last year all black and green.They won't even go the extra mile to put anything in a bag for you they just point to where the bags are.One star is generous for this place.
