First visit for food with family since pandemic. Kids menu great value for money. Adult meals weren't great. The rocket served as a side to Lasagne was awful, ready for the bin. Great pub with lots of potential.

Great food at good prices and friendly staff good service

·

Food was all pre made but it's a chain pub so can't make a thong about that but the staff where great helpful and accommodating

·

Great family pub with a pleasant atmosphere, visited on a Sunday for some lunch, enjoyed a Philly steak which was cooked perfectly and came promptly. Massive thanks to Louise and Nicola who are a credit to the team! Can't wait too be back.

One of the popular pubs on the outskirts of Jarrow. More family orientated than others. A place very popular for the meals, probably 50 / 50 between people in for just a drink and those in to eat. Good selection on the menu and not expensive.

Nice atmosphere but food wasnt great. My hubbys burger was raw in the middle..they forgot about a bowl of chips we ordered and their seasoned chips are salted. Food nit great but really nice pub for drinks.

Me and my other half Harold. Thought we would try this place out. What a lovely welcome we got from a lovely lady called Alison who was very polite. A bit to polite Harold got a bit jealous and thought she was coming on to me. (She's only human who can blame her) she was really informative and made us very welcoming telling us what sport was on TV next week and invited us back for that. Sadly football isn't 2 gay mens thing. Mind if yous had the ballet dancing on we would of been there. Keep up the good work

Waited 45mins for food and when it came it was awful, really disappointed. I would not recommend anybody to order a sunday lunch it was what you would expect a small childs lunch to be the potatoe was dried up and the chicken was too. Won't be going back on a sunday

Friendly staff, good deals throughout the week. Very clean and felt very safe throughout my visit. Will definitely be back and may come back on a Wednesday to try out the bingo!

I went with 2 families (8 people) for Thursday burger deal. I can't complain about the price. What I can complain about is that after a 1 hour wait 4 meals came out. 25 minutes later and after the first 4 people in my party had nearly finished their meals, the next 4 came out.The burgers and chips were not hot. We sent one back and it was microwaved. The server told us that if we wanted it cooked again we had to wait another hour. Last time I checked complaints should be prioritised!I don't think I'll be taking my family there again after this experience.
