Redragon in South Tyneside

Ordered a salt and pepper munch box quite disappointed this time as there was only a couple of little ribs, no salt and pepper chicken, 2 chicken wings and 3 prawn balls we always order the Munch box but I don't think I was so disappointed in it, the food that did come was beautiful as always x

I have to say that the food here is fabulous, sadly the staff ( one of the ones who answers the phones ) is an absolute disgrace, she wants sacked I have never came across anyone so rude in this industry ever , she will make people not want to order from this lovely restaurant

We have been to this restaurant a few times and also had takeaways but last night's was absolutely horrible.I don't know if it has changed hands but the service was terrible, practically ignored by the staff and eventually served by a young boy of about ten years old.The food was awful, mostly onion and a few bits of meat.The fried rice was oily and smelled of old oil.Felt very nauseous after eating it or at least some of it.Will never be ordering from there again.

Sorely disappointed after looking forward to a takeaway from the Redragon. After travelling all day from the Cotswolds we thought we would have a lazy night and treat ourselves. We have eaten here in the past and it has been really lovely.Our Ginger and Spring onion Special with Egg Fried Rice meal tonight consisted of mainly onions (LOTS and LOTS of onions) a couple of large slices of unpeeled ginger, 2 King prawns, a few slices of chicken, beef and pork ( very fatty) some julienne carrot and bits of Spring onion in a mediocre tasting sauce. The amount of meat was adequate. Not nice at all.I am sad to say that I really couldn't recommend this takeaway to anyone after this experience. 😞

Over 1 hour late, rude lady on the phone. No apology or anything from the delivery driver. Food was very dry also. Never again.

Great place for Vegan and Vegetarian food, however this order came with actual chicken so it had to be returned. The replacement also wasn't the order we had placed (plain curry instead of Thai Red). Disappointing experience.

I visited here for the first time with my family last month. As a big fan of Chinese food - it honestly was one of the best I've ever had! Everybody left feeling very full and happy with their meal, and on top of that... the waitress was lovely! She was smiley, cheerful and checked on us regularly or came straight over whenever we needed something. The portions were good for the prices as I overestimated what I was able to eat, and there was a lot of vegetarian alternatives. Vegetarian chicken/duck/etc is something that isn't very common in Chinese restaurants so thank you!
