Lovely coffee and ice cream. Friendly staff.

I was there at 1:30 today, it wasn’t busy but the girl serving thought it was more important to talk to her friend over the counter, I went to the other window, nobody serving there either, I was there for about 10 mins with six of my family, I walked away as my autistic son was going to have a tantrum, thank you, I used to like this place but the service is shocking

Incredibly delicious ice cream with so many different flavours to choose from. Staff are lovely too.Excellent coffee (I love anything by Tynemouth Coffee!) which is perfect to accompany any ice cream. Our dog loves a vanilla ice cream too so it's great for all the family!

Really good ice cream and not badly priced at £5.50 for three scoops! I guess it's due to Covid but would have liked to look at the ice cream before picking flavours and been offered the free toppings!

Great little ice cream parlour with a wide selection of flavours. It is dog friendly as well which is always a bonus. The prices are pretty reasonable for what you get costing around £3.50 for a double scoop cone or tub.

Have been to this place many times and i am a loyal customer but on my visit yesterday i handed over my loyalty card to be stamped and receive my 1 free drink. We ordered a Tea and a Latte, i went to hand over the money for the tea as i wanted to redeem the Latte on the loyalty card. I was told by the server that only the cheapest drink is free (the Tea) and i had to pay full price for the Latte. This is total rubbish, is not stated anywhere and would be the worst loyalty system from any coffee shop. If i had also had my card fully stamped and just came back in another day and requested a hot drink would she then also refuse to give me a Latte and only Tea as this is the only hot drink you can redeem free on a loyalty card, i don't think so! She continued to argue and rip me off as a loyal customer, I will not be returning and will take my business elsewhere.

Friendly staff and good service. Loads of ice cream flavours and a variety of cakes and snacks to choose from. Inside seating for about 40 and some outside seating as well. Constructed like a conservatory with tent like roof with wheelchair access.Most importantly they are open in the winter and are dog friendly.

Scoop and Bean is a modern coffee shop and ice cream parlor, serving 36 unique flavours. On a winter day, it is a warm retreat, welcoming to the cold pedestrian. We were served quickly at the counter and paid a reasonable price. The ice cream itself is well worth braving the wind for. Recommended for any ice cream enthusiast or family. Not wheelchair accessible - sliding doors in a step.
