Ordered from here tonight 25/02/22 what a load of rubbish never again we spent £18 the fish was soggy chips were cold cheesy chips what cheese was on it! and the cheese pattie was tasteless & the curry sauce, well it was undiscribable, we would love our money back but that won't happen & it took nearly 2 hours to arrive

Chips were spot on but the batter on the fish could have been cooked longer. Just a small smattering of spread on one side of bread bun

Very poor. Over priced and uncooked chips. Tartar sauce from supermarket is 10 times better than what they sell which mush and has no taste to it. 6 bits of scampi to a portion is scandalous.

Never has a poor meal...sorry to say that we only bought one large portion of chips for two fish, even then we had to leave some.If you like crispy batter then ask for a portion and you'll get a bag.Ordered using Just Eat for collection at 5.00pm which I know is normally busy, on entering shop I gave name and was told my order was just coming out of frier...excellent hot fish and chips not soggy or dried out!Won't use other fish and chip restaurants. delicious! Good prices and welcoming staff.I used to know owners father in late sixties and his son is his double...I never play the "I knew your father" card though.

I've been 2 or 3 times and always loved the fish abd chips there, easily as good as colmans. Last night was awful though, everyone waited ages in the queue but wasn't too worried as thought everything would be fresh.... It was awful... The fish was smelly and seemed old and chewy, the car still smells of the stuff today and only carried it from a to b. I'll not be back!
