Starbucks in South Tyneside

Used to be my regular when I wanted a hot or cold drink but the last few times have been very disappointing. They STILL haven’t fixed the intercom system so you have to repeat yourself about 5 times to order. Staff are very slow and 1 or 2 can be quite abrupt and rude.

Great customer service, really helpful staff and also gave us a free cup of cream for the dog which was a nice touch. Drinks were good except the only fault was that my iced latte wasn’t mixed properly but not exactly a terrible complaint just a small bug but that has only happened this time. 9.99999999/10

Was lovely coffee was lovely too. Great service would go again if near or visiting😊

Enjoy an Americano on way home after a ride out, staff are kind and friendly.

Been through the drive through this morning and the gentleman who took our order on the drive thru was really friendly and a real positive person! Enjoyed our experience of Starbucks highly unfortunately we didn’t get his name! 5 ⭐️

Still poorly staffed but a lovely selection of alternate herbal Infusions and coffeesRestaurant is cold though and staff logic is hard to fathom; our order was started and the coffees made then we were ignored while several other customers, including drive thru, were served before out cakes were delivered leaving our coffees to get cold before our order was completed

Update - much better today seeing as I can actually go into the store and get served, however today the staff were all very friendly and such a chatty bunch. It was a pleasure.

Great service from two young girls and a chap on Christmas Eve came in this evening for some hot chocolates, they were very busy but they were very friendly and nice and our drinks were pipping hot. Been to the boldon and bridges store and it’s just not the same service as here the staff are always so polite, my fave local Starbucks highly recommend!!

How can you’s think it’s ok to serve this. Nothing like what you’s are advertising. It’s disgusting. Complained for the girl to not careless say we haven’t got any of the cream or anything. Well you’s should tel people before taking there fullMoney for something they are not getting.

Love the atmosphere in this branch, nice and quiet, never over crowded or a long wait & the seats are super comfy. Perfect place to escape the kids & enjoy the silence.
