Enjoy a Subway, but not here.It it's eat-in, takeout, or online ordering; they'll mess it up.Missing ingredients, overcooked and reheated hard meatballs that taste disgusting, and lack of care when it comes to any sort of quality.Don't use this one.

I have ordered from this Subway multiple times and I have always received great service from the team when I have called to enquire about my order, especially from Paul who has made many of my orders and is consistently helpful and friendly. The food is always well prepared and of good quality, which is why I always opt for this particular Subway if I’m ordering via Uber Eats or ordering directly in-store.

First time we've tried Subway, and not too impressed be honest 😕My daughter and I ordered one of the meatball pots each, as well as some if the potato crisper thingies and a ham/cheese toasted mini sandwich? The potato crisper things were like smallish soggy potato wedges that had no crispness about them; the 'toasted' sandwiches weren't toasted and were barely lukewarm, with barely any filling and hardly any taste 🙁 You get about five meatballs with marinara sauce over the top in a cute little pot with a lid: however two or three of the meatballs were hard - like REALLY hard, as if they'd been reheated several times, and one of them really hurt my tooth (seriously, I had to spit it out..) 🙈 My daughter tried one, then declared herself to be 'full' so she didn't have to eat them.For nearly £15, it wasn't the best "treat tea" I've ever ordered - that's what I get for having a night off and not making it myself...🤣

They didn't put everything on my sandwiches that was asked of in my online order for both sandwiches.

I wasn’t very happy with the services today ! I kept asking if they had hot drinks but the lady wasn’t very kind ..

We normally have only good things to say about Subway but in this instance the service wasn't good. The shop was to close at 20:00 and at 18:30 most of the popular items were not available, the staff were in clean up mode.

Omg love the wraps here. I buy steak cheese with cuecumber, tomatoes, bit jalpenos with sweet chili sauce.. feel hungery just writing this review. Should try it

Not the best subway i've had, place messy,no hearty Italian bread,When toasted bread was burnt had to ask for another one and they weren't happy,No apologies and faces tell alot,Customer service non existent,Whole place needs a major overhaul

Nice service from the staff but I was put off by the dirty tables we ended up cleaning our own. There only seemed to be one member of staff at the time not sure if the other was busy in the back or not but it was a bit much for the last serving to clean the tables aswell.

Absolutely pathetic. No bread available except brown or flat bread. Ice machine was broken and soda had no CO2 (pop was flat). Sandwich wasn't made well and the place needed tidying.
