Absolutely rubbish..Pre cooked food re fried. Scampi was black and over cooked.pies were microwaved and rubbery.black batter on fish.The Place should be shut down

Always great food from here, nothing I wouldn't recommend and tried at least half the menu. Always comes hot out of the oven.

One of my upmost lunchtime favourites for their totally delicious Pizza Slice and Chips, which costs as little as £2.20, a place that still stands strong for service that is 'Cheap & Cheerful'.The presentation and cleanliness of the store is second to none, it is a clear indication the store wants to provide outstanding service in all aspects, and it is so obvious to any typical customer that this is a store that cares about the customer's experience.Having visited the store on several occasions, I don't believe I have ever purchased anything other than the Pizza Slice and Chips, which is a plain margherita with a nice tasting tomato base with cheese melted on top, and the chips taste identical to what they do at any Fish and Chip shop, highly addictive!On one occasion the store ran out of Pizza Slices, rather than turning me away, they made a whole pizza, although I only got one slice of it, unfortunately. However they tend to close up at 14:00, and when they had two slices left on another occasion, I happened to get the extra slice complimentary, which I found was a really kind gesture of them.I would recommend this store to anyone, it is one of the best places for lunch I have been to in a long while, and I have never had any issues with the food whatsoever...

We have ordered from here twice now, both times we found the staff helpful and friendly, everything was cooked to order and fresh. When we got home it was hot and tasty, best takeaway food we have had in a while. Look forward to our next visit

Amazing food, great customer service, best place in sheilds

Had a few items from menu ( sausage, fish, pies etc...) All of it was delicious, especially the steak pies. Everything is cooked to order not cooked in numbers and left on a hot plate like some others, chips are crispy and fluffy and spot on as think there double cooked and never seen any chip shop with the amount of batter/scraps or whatever you want to call them waiting just to top it all off with lashing of salt n vinegar on top of hot fresh chips......

Went in hearing good things, immediately after leaving I realised I was overcharged which is a huge no no to me. Kebab meat from here tastes admittedly very nice but was fairly dry and portion size was tiny compared to local alternatives. Decent, but nothing special. If not for being overcharged I'd have maybe given this a 4 as a 3 would have been a bit harsh.
