Always nice no matter what we order. Curries, kabab wraps are our favourite.

Food is always unreal from here , I live far away just eat have actually stopped delivering from balti masters to mine but Uber eats still are luckily! Always end up spending just under £50 for me and my partner cause the foods that good! Had a problem with my order where my pizza came cold and was given a kebab wrap instead of a chicken wrap and am now getting sent out a brand new pizza , new chicken wrap and 2 milk shakes! Can’t fault them to be honest! Spoke to a boy called Jordan who arranged it and he was lovely

Absolutely terrible! The driver turned up with an attitude problem didn’t greet me at the door just handed over his hot bag I had to take the food out my self, he then walked off at no point has he spoke at all! I open the pizza box and I can only assume the driver has shook the box before getting to the door the pizza wasn’t even round! I ordered a Kiev, it was basically a margarita with chicken on it the chicken was yellow never seen yellow cooked chicken in my life and the chips were cold! Has to be the worst pizza I have had if I could rate it minus I would.

Amazing fresh food as always, fast delivery and food was really hot on arrival. Balti masters never fail to impress and they are very good with their customers/customer service. Highly recommend to anyone! Thanks to Asif & his team! Jonny & Sam

Ordered pizza and a Balti, pizza came which was the wife’s so I’m happy that came because I’d still be hearing about it now. Missing Balti from the order, phoned up to be told they’d left it on the counter and would deliver it asap. 1 hour later phoned again to see where it was and it still hadn’t been sent out, told they’d send it out asap again. Offered 50% off if I ordered again by ringing direct because of the mix up. Safe to say I won’t be ordering again unless I want to stay hungry.

I've just received my order and very disappointed with it, i paid £8.15 for a wrap that was supposed to be large but wasn't. I've had loads before so I'm sure. It was cold and half filled leaving me hungry. I will not be ordering anything again from here.

2 and a half hours for 2 kids meals and 1 pizza that looked like a blind kid made it.. and cut it with a rusty knife they found in a bin.. delivery driver was spot on but he said they will be doing about 500 delivery's tonight and not enough drivers.. if 20 drivers not enough don't take on the orders after a certain amount of orders placed..Will not be ordering again..

Constantly sending wrong food. Need to update THEIR website as ordered mixed kebab (tikka and donner) they sent chicken and shish and must have been looking at just eats menu. Argued blatantly with my lass on the phone when she knows what she ordered. Foods come cold a few times recently as well, placing orders for certain salad items not wanted due to allergies yet they still put full salad on, the place looks like its going downhill Jeff! The staff need to chose a menu and stick to ONE! Or update their main to match just eat. Not that hard to read a computer and put food in a bag is it….

Family run business established over 20 year ago. Providing great food and great service. With plenty of choice on the menu from pizza, kebabs, burgers to currys and parmazans. #cantbeatabaltis

This is one of the best Indian takeaway's in the country.It serves very high quality, restaurant standard cuisine at very reasonable prices.It is an incredibly busy and popular takeaway for its size, serving until the early hours, which is testament to the quality of the food.The staff are wonderful. Very friendly and have a wicked sense of humour. It is very easy to strike up a great, and lasting relationship with the staff.They offer a very wide range of cuisine, including pizza and English dishes, but the Indian food is something special.Overall an excellent service, good pricing and very high quality food, make Balti Masters Hebburn, well worth a visit.
