The Longship in South Tyneside

Stayed before and was happy to stay again. It's half the price of other places around Hebburn. Don't expect a luxurious stay, but it's comfortable and clean. Food is good and the staff are excellent. The people are really friendly.

I would recommend this pub to anyone the staff are fantastic food is excellent got entertainment is excellent depends on the day very very very excellent I give it 10 out of 10 and you are a liar rooms where you can stay there yeah excellent rooms

One of the best bars in the area, great food well priced for a nice meal. Been to a couple of the kids parties it's very family friendly and staff always make you feel welcome. Live music on a Saturday been good the few times we've been in for it

A popular pub on the main road through Hebburn. Its a Greene King pub so you know what to expect, if the cook/chef is good so is the food. Inside it's a large L shaped room with a pool table in one end and a lot of space between tables. Barman was good, friendly and helpful. Outside a large car park to the side and rear.

Went for a meal with my boyfriend and had a brilliant experience at the Longship! The team on shift that day were amazing, it was chocker busy but they kept everything organised and served as quickly as they could. Was served at the bar by the lovely Jill and Claire who gave us two refreshing and freezing cold pints. Our food was served super quick and piping hot by Shannon. Even managed to squeeze a chocolate fudge cake in when recommended to us. Could not fault anything and will definitely be back to try the quiz night and live music 😁

Went there for Christmas day meal of 3 courses with family and my boyfriend, worth the money, lovely staff, was quite crowded due to most wanted to only go for drinks but luckily was there on time to be seated in no time!Me and my boyfriend ordered previously before the day of salmon and prawn starter, salmon with hollandaise with roast potatoes and mash potato and the billionaire bar with ice cream for dessert, was absolutely fulfilling and delicious, went home completely satisfied and the portions were decent! Worth going back again hopefully this year's Christmas.

Enjoyed a wonderful Christmas lunch cant praise the food highly enough. The staff were warm, friendly very attentive and we appreciated their hard work making our day so special for my husband and myself. 5 star 🌟 service

Went here for tea with my family for my birthday 8 of us in total pre booked so they knew they had a large party for food, we place are food order at around 6pm and still did not have our food at 6.55pm and with 2 hungry children they were getting a bit fussy eventually when the food did arrive might I add not all together the food was terrible burnt onion rings gravy to thick to pour and like jelly ask for another came out the same ,mash like wallpaper paste and cold, got charged for extra onion rings and coleslaw, but onion rings already come with burgers so paid for more which were not needed and they way the staff asked me if I would like those make seem like it was part of the meal not paying extra all in all not a great experience

Best bar in Hebburn and great food. Sunday dinners very nice. Love the staff all really friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Good for watching the football as well and very female friendly unlike some other bars

Fab local pub, great atmosphere, family friendly and fantastic value for money. Staff are always friendly too and make an effort to talk to you and make you feel welcome. Amelia is lovely as is Clair always happy to see you when you go in
