My Mother has had a very Good Stay, and for some 1 in late 80s that Great, Staff could not been More Helpfull, room was fresh & Clean, Receptionist's where polight, curtius & smartly Dressed, and & xtreamly help full, restaurant was clean, felt safe, once again Staff Welcoming, and despite her Requests nothing was to much Trouble, Menu was good Value & Plenty Choices, and hot. Could not Fault place, my Mother (The Lovely Lady as Staff referd to her) was realy nice, Compliment, we can not thank the staff Enough. Only Negative Rooms can Be Cold in Winter despite having C.H., but at No Extra Costs a Electric Heater can be provided, that solves the Problem. So that not much of a Negative in grand scheme of Life. Safe, Clean, Welcoming are the three main ways I would Discribe the Hotel & Staff.

Out of all the premier inns I've stayed in this must the only which hasn't been up to standard of others. The room I stayed in could do with being modernised and decorated as the paint work is looked old and battered. The wardrobe looks like it's from Argos flat pack range. Apart from that not to shabby.

These people pushed me nesr the edge and have nothing going good in my opinion the TV is tiny and please shop around you'd be surprised what you come up with. £33 for a 5 star hotel with pool

Awful, lift wasn't working going down. For a disabled person that is unacceptable. Worst Premier Inn room I have stayed in. Got woken by the workers staying there at stupid o'clock in the morning. Won't be back.

Crack about six inches long in sink.Plastic bag over the smoke detectorCouldn't turn light off on one side of the bed.Stayed two nights, no beds made or towels changed or coffee and tea refills.Still charging the same rates.

We stay here regularly as we visit South shields to see family. We love it at the premier inn. The staff are always so friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. We r going again at the end of October. We did stay in Sunderland once as this one was fully booked but we much prefer this one. Keep up the good work team

Stayed here for 3 nights, 4 rooms booked as there were eight of us. Very friendly and helpful staff. All rooms were clean and tidy, we all enjoyed our stay. Brewers Fayre pub very nice too, food here was good too and friendly people. Situated very near to all main attractions. Would return here and recommend. Thanks to staff.
