Wonderful food and ambience. Attentive waiters, reasonable prices and short waiting times. Overall a brilliant eating experience.

Unfortunately the blandest takeaway curries we have had the misfortune to eat in a very long time. Chicken was chewy. Order was incorrect as well. Very disappointing.

After winning awards we thought Zeeras was the place to go. We were clearly wrong, food was bland and drinks prices were extortionate.

I know everyones tastes for curry are very varied but this must be the best curry place on the street at the present time. There was 5 1/2 of us called in by chance one night and nobody had any complaints, staff are very good, if you want to try something different they'll explain exactly what it is and what you can compare it to.

The restaurant looks great, and so it should for these prices. The house speciality I had, a Jaipur Murgh (£9.25), was bland and lacked flavour. One small portion of pilau rice is £3.25, naan breads are more than £3 each, and poppadoms are £1.95 each. My 3 friends all rated their food just 'ok'.

Food itself was great, but really poor service, brought red wine when ordered white, waited an hour for starters then another for mains, never even offered 3rd course from set menu and overcharged for one of the meals. Left disappointed, will not be returning

Bhuna prawn on puri starter was very bland and the puri bread was like chewing leather, main course was very thin on flavour. Over priced as well. First and last visit for us, went because our daughter is vegan and they have a large section for vegans. Highlight of the meal was the pickle tray, again overpriced.

Ooh you are in for a treat here.. They've just launched a daytime indian street food menu and it's nothing short of delicious... Think tapas style street food sharing plates, popping flavours of chilli, spices, fresh herbs and pomegranate. So if you want to try something new this is hot off the press! Remember daytime street food, nighttime great value set menu and a good selection of vegan food too.
