Who knows. Cash only. Again. Is Filey in the 1950's? Oh well dropped our £50 elsewhere. With applepay.

Great food. We had a lovely crab sandwich, cakes and coffees. Although disappointed it is cash only, and not dog friendly. Doesn't it tell you something when inside is almost empty and they're having to take brollys outside for their few customers sat outside in the rain because they have dogs?!

This hidden gem deserves a visit if you are in Filey. Delicious home made cakes. I had myself a spectacular vanilla slice homemade as if it was made by Mary Berry. We also had a very generous portion cheese jacket potato. The place is spotless clean, specially the toilets (something very difficult to find these days). The ladies are very friendly and helpful. Certainly I will visit them again on my next holiday around. The only down is an "only cash venue", we could have eaten more if we had more cash with us.

Very nice hidden spot below the bandstand. We had tea & coffee with a bacon sandwich each, lovely.

Lovely location. Amazing food. Nice big pot of tea. Reasonable prices. Homemade goods. Quiche, cakes, pickles and much more. Friendly team. Thank you

Two things really make this place shine brightly. Firstly, the quality of the food which is predominantly and genuinely home-made and secondly, the friendliness of the staff who are all marvellous. Highly recommended.

Lovely selection of home made food, baked potatoes salads & cakes. All beautifully presented. Plenty of outdoor seating sheltered from the wind, with great table service. Reasonable prices too. Worth seeking out.

Quiche Lorraine was homemade and delicious. Lots of outdoor seating. Nice venue/setting. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed with our visit yesterday!!!!!! Waited all year for visit to seaside for fish & chips & ice-cream! Was told when I got to counter & had already ordered other food (not fish & chips - were not on menu) that they were not doing ice cream sundaes due to Covid - eventhough they are supposed to be an ice cream parlour!!!!! Was told I could que up again & get tub of just ice-cream!!!!!! Was then told a small tub of plain ice-cream was £4.00 - more expensive than the peach melba I was looking forward to!!!! As for the other food we ordered the scone was dry & tea only just warm!!!!!!

Great location for a cafe with brilliant views, much better than the cafes in town.Great service and friendly staff.Cakes were tasty and lots of choice... served proper Yorkshire tea too.Only downsides. The loos weren't all that nice and some cars were parked by the cafe (we assumed staff cars) which spoiled the view a bit.
