Asda Supercentre Cafe in Stockton-on-Tees

Given up on this store after 30 years as a customer at both the old and new portrack stores. The new regime of having as few checkouts open as possible is head scratching.Sick of queuing down the aisle's for up to 10 mins ,blocking the way of other customers . Get your act together

The shop is fine the staff ok BUT the toilets are something else. I thought the public toilets of the 70s with that unbelievable stink had gone but no, they are alive in Asda Stockton. I suggest you use some of the cleaner from the shelf and do a proper job. Disgraceful

Being a delivery driver on a low wage of 9.36 per hour and managers that don’t care if you need a break or even the toilet during the day, because they can’t even manage the turn around too ensure drivers have rest or a toilet breaks or a snack or a rest in between runs they don’t give you it,even forgetting too pay you, is shocking don’t be a delivery driver!,at Asda,as it’s all about keeping the green this means being at customers house on time and within delivery slot but forget about traffic and other factors like weather and jams there target driven and targets not about customers or staff am the voice of the drivers someone has too, changes need too be put in place for the drivers,example I had done a 8 hour shift no break as I done my first load got back in filled my van for next run had no time for a break or toilet so had hilled it in for my shift,I felt ill don’t think they realise this can cause serous illness ie UTI,s infections and they still take half hour of you for that shift!!

Sick of being ripped off 3 times in a row!!! 5 things were priced wrong this time costing me an extra £9. The manager wants sacking. Sort it out!

Very large grocery store. You can normally get what you want from food, clothes, kitchen items, bedding, small electricals. Definitely worth a visit.

The staff in this shop are brilliant. I was in there last night (05 October 2021) and they dealt with an angry, irate customer perfectly. He was trying to buy alcohol but clearly didn't look old enough and had no valid form of ID. The staff kept their cool, even taking the time to advise the man to try Tesco for his alcohol. Those staff on Self Scan are a credit to the company. 👍👍👍

Worst customer service experience for buying Alcohol for the second time on this shop, (I am 30 years old ) especially on 05 October 2021, I can't believe that still there people are who are categorised on the basis of their looks, and the staff itself told me to go and purchase alcohol from Tesco or somewhere else. My family and I was a regular customer here till today, as this is my last day of shopping on Asda Stockton .... Thank you for your services

I very to liking this the one shop . Interests very the location . Big the shoppy . I buy Limoncello 💙 . Very beautiful the Limoncello . Tasty likes the beach . I likes .I buy the other the foodie Italian . I happs . Big storish . Spending I £ 75 the day one . Day 2 after right day one one day , spending 153 £ . Not the complain .Many eating . I fat become 75 kilograms . The good ? Good !I likes . But taxi for comes supermarket the , not first time friendly , asking pays first trip for . Normal ? A well stocked and logically laid out supermarket with a mezzanine level stocking the George range of clothing as well as audio and household goods. Can get very busy although checkouts are swift and plentiful. Large, free, car park and petrol station on sight.

Went to asda Stockton just for a few bits.finished up doing family shopping during which we were entertained by the floor staffs rendition of. .uptown girl. Brilliant atmosphere to brighten a drizzle day. Price's were good and well stocked store. Thanks everyone
