Bombay Chilli in Stockton-on-Tees

Been going here for a few years and has always been ok just had one delivered and wouldn't give it to my dog absolutely rubbish won't be going here ever again !!

Poor customer service have always ordered with these yet after a 2 hour wait rang got told food was on its way rang 30 mins later to be told food was still being prepared canceled order and got hung up on won't be using these again

Placed many orders with these guys. Food always nice. Spent quite a lot of money with. Each time order seems to be later. Tonight rang to see where order was. Person abruptly said driver on his way and put phone down on me! Last time I ever order with these goons!

Superb chicken vindaloo tonight.Dead quick delivery as well. The garlic keema naan was lush n all.They muck up sometimes though so it's hit and miss.Delivery charges gone up as well so I don't use em no more

Awful experience, food was terrible, staff were rude. Ordered fish and they sent chicken without asking first as they ran out of fish. Unprofessional, disgusting.

A fantastic Indian takeaway that just keeps getting better. We tried a couple of others while it was closed and they really don't compare.Sure, the food isn't pretty. But it's not meant to be. It's lovely quality and so flavourful. You don't realise until you try other places, just how nice the food here is.The staff are lovely, the delivery guy is cracking, the prices are fair. Honestly, if you want a nice curry, give it a shot.

Used this takeaway for many years and have always enjoyed the food and never had an issue before, I have recommended friends and family on. Inertia occasions, which is why Tonight’s experience with the takeaway has left me so disappointed and offended that I have taken the time to leave reviews on just eat, trip advisor, the take away website and google reviews. I ordered a prawn dish which on arrival (late) found to have 2 prawns in the dish, the dish is double the price of all other dishes and whilst I don’t expect a sea full I do expect a normal portion above 2. Initially thought it must have been a mistake so my husband called the takeaway immediately and informed the man on the other end of the phone, this man has zero service skills claiming that he has been in business for 15 years, he checks all the dishes and my dish had 4 prawns put in it which they cut in half, my husband explained that not to be the case and only 2 pieces of prawn were in my dish, the man then accused us of lying and that we had ate the prawns and then complained about it, my husband was unhappy and the man just kept saying that there is nothing they can do, and prawns are expensive! Yes they are 2 pieces of prawn cost me 12.00! Anyway on top of this the man who kept my husband on the phone saying he couldn’t do anything about it for 15 minutes managed to also ruin the other dish we ordered which was stone cold after my husband ended up hanging up. Such a shame poor service is the reason I will never order from here again. If you do decide to please DO NOT order the prawns and don’t expect any satisfactory result if your unhappy with what you get. Photos of dish and time line trip advisor.

Ordered from here last night for the first time and was amazed by the quality of the food. Will definitely be back.

Ordered from here a few times now. I have purposely waited before I leave a review and I must say I have never been dissapointed. The food is really tasty and authentic. I always choose the set meal and tend to add small requests in the chefs notes. Nothing is too much hassle. The food arrives piping hot and very quickly. Great portions and great value for money. Restaurant standard food delivered.

Absolutley brilliant. Food was best in area, tops omar kyham, moja, the deli, akbar and anywhere else ive been. My family have used this for years and delivery drivers are always friendly. Food is always hot and spices are perfect, went to bed with 3rd degree burns to the taste buds just as we like it. Wont go anywhere else.
