Went as a family group. Kids play area was very clean and Covid considerate. Food was fine but not fine dining. Great value for money with friendly staff. We certainly got our monies worth from the bottomless coffee pot as the kids were playing for 90 minutes.

The restaurant is good and kids enjoy the playing comer and adults can enjoy a good time without kids around. Why I can't give 5 star is because there are many things on the menu not available on that day which makes my friend need to chose again and desert have been changed even it not available. But the lady was really good and patiently go through everything with us and refunded us the right amount. We will definitely go again and hope the food we like will be available on our next time visit.

Just had Christmas day lunch here, the food was great and the staff where really welcoming and friendly. We were not put under any pressure to eat up and leave. We all had a really lovely time and no washing up

Absolute disaster. Arrived at 6pm. Ordered food at 6.30pm. kids starters came at 7pm. Then no mains until 7.50pm which were barely warm. Kids and adults were climbing the walls. Had to ask for desserts as they were giving us our mains otherwise God knows what time we'd get out of there. No cutlery. Had to keep asking for it. Plates not cleared when desserts came. Had to eat around them.Tables with plates and glasses on everywhere. One table was like that when we came and still wasn't cleared when we left at 8.20pm.No soap/hand gel/toilet roll in ladies.Female manager declared quite proudly to her colleagues that she was still drunk from the night before.Complained to manager who offered To take the desserts off the bill but these were already included in the meal deals and wouldn't have affected the price. Got £20 off in the end.Have to say the young waitresses were lovely and we really felt sorry for them but I feel they just didn't get the support or training they need. Told them to get jobs elsewhere.Absolute shambles.

We come regularly and seldom experience any issues the food is good and the staff do their best to circumvent the supply problems. Last week we were assisted by Isabel who is quite new and she was lovely so helpful friendly and bubbly who knew her role well and is a very good communicator. Then on Sunday I witnessed Rachael serve an elderly gentleman who had come alone for lunch and a drink the way she helped him was lovely he left the bar with a smile, she'd probably made his day.

A lot of items out of stock but good food and service. You can enjoy starters such as nachos or cauliflower bites, fish and chips, ribs, juicy burgers, Carvery and amazing tasty desserts... Located in Yarm Road. Definitely worth a visit.

Good food and good service as usual. Used to go every Friday evening for tea with the missus and kids before lockdown and it's always a pleasant place and never too busy. The play area is fantastic entertainment for the little ones also.
