Buono in Stockton-on-Tees

Order not as requested. Absolute shocking customer service, a dried up wrap, no salad. Arrived luke warm, think they need course on a customer service.

Placed an order online. Could not be processed due to a problem with the website... fair enough. Rang the shop to order. Order arrives with the wrong burger and minus a bottle of coke. Rang the shop and assured the replacement items would be sent out and a 50% discount would be added to my next order.... Again fair enough. Replacement items did not arrive so again I rang the shop. This time I was laughed at by a member of staff . I will not be using this store again, will not be claiming my 50% discount and will be strongly advising anyone who considers using this eatery to strongly reconsider. Terrible food, rude staff and worse service. UTB

Absolutely fantastic. Me and my family order every Friday night and the service is phenomenal to top off the great quality food. I always order the margarita pizza from there and chips and garlic, truly recommend. 👍

Quick delivery but food was poor. Parmo the worst I’ve had in a while. Kebab ok. Chips and burger were decent. Decent ‘deal’ I guess. But the parmo let it down. Won’t bother with them again.

Just purchased 2 chicken kebabs. Absolutely disgusting, rock hard burnt overcooked and definitely not fresh. This was reheated chicken that had gone cold. Rang the shop who said he would send out fresh ones... Wanted fresh ones when we purchased them. Declined the offer complete waste of 15 quid... Will not be back

Placed order repeated order got order missing stuff 2 very small pieces of chicken soggy chips and sloppy cream cabbage rang them they offered free large pop and chicken kebab wen order came again no pop poor kebab. Shame on you as I've always ordered from you a waste of £12.30 thanks

Sorry but the food was just ok tonight. The shop must have been busy. Food was cold on delivery even though we live close. Not as good. Tasty as usual..... ????

Last saturday we ordered and collected a meal deal 3, only to find when we got home there was no margarita as advertised as part of the deal. Not the first time this has happened so we will look elsewhere for pizza in future.

I go to buono's most Friday and Saturday's as it is my local takeaway, I have never had any problems with the food it is always cooked just right and the staff are very friendly, defiantly recommended
