There was a mistake with the order, 4 vegan nuggies instead of 6, but after telling the staff they gave me 6 more. A little bit of a wait and the restaurant could do with redecorating. Overall, the staff and food was good but the restaurant was a little run down.

Usually there is something they don't have in stock. This last particular visit had no milkshakes, no lattes, no chicken. January 2022. We decided to cancel the part order and carried on through the drive through. Wont be back. Waste of time.

Like MC but bigger portions and more expensive.. but some things are the same every thing they serve is still cold even when it's dead and there no customers about . Poor show guys do better

Typical fast food place, staff friendly and helpful. Must wear a face mask when ordering.

I totally prefer burger king to MC Donald's who mostly get your orders wrong or miss stuff out. Theses burgers are bigger and taste like real beef and the fries are a lot nicer to. Only downside is they don't have great offers, they don't have 24hrs they close early. It is like this company dose not want to be number one, which I believe they could easily be.

Took ages to get food, then it was stone cold, tasteless, bland and there was even a cheese burger missing. Never going there again, do not recommend it

7:30 pm 03.11.2021 after waiting for 5 minutes on the drive through and been told to wait a minute I left. I thought they were too busy. Surprise, nobody in the shop and 4 employees I could see all cleaning or doing nothing. Not good enough

Only one girl on sò hardly fast food then missed part of the order too late to phone by the time we got home our 10 year old granddaughter was really upset having been looking forward her meal after such a long journey. A week later having complained the meal was replaced without any fuss.
