Great coffee, my wife and I feel totally relaxed here and the vibes are immaculate. Staff are really friendly and the barista who made our coffees was very pleasant to talk too! Definitely will be coming back!!!

The Caffé Nero at North Tees Hospital is a lot nicer than others because it just feels that little bit more cosier.Being inside a hospital, it isn't as busy as others either.So both factors combined I do prefer to go to this location over others, especially in the afternoon.Staff are friendly, polite and consistent, unlike other locations I've been to, or other cafés for that matter.So if cafés are your thing and you're local to the area, check this one out.

Never order off Uber they cancel your order 3 times as nothing is ever in stock when it’s advertised as in stock. They never give any apology or complimentary items when your cards been charged 3 times!! Coffee also comes luke warm without drinking lids. Italy would be offended at this place.

As a coffee shop as all chains it's clean and tidy, the staff are lovely and engaging. The coffee I find is better than the Starbucks / Costa. Only one thing they could do with a couple more tables outside.
