Carpaccios in Stockton-on-Tees

Very good food here, arrived in a group of 25 people and was very well looked after by the staff, highly recommended

This place is a gem, I was in Stockton on a business trip so didn't know the local area and stumbled across Carpaccios, highly recommend it, although not too many veggie options, the chef's special soup & mushroom risotto were great value for money

I can’t say enough how much l enjoyed this food.I’m a food and drink expert and for Stockton on Tees to have a lovely restaurant like this makes me so happy.I went on an afternoon and will definitely return. I have told all my friends and family.

Even though I misheard the times and turned up late,staff were very accommodating. (Sorry again) 😳The meals were all spot on and very reasonably priced. The staff were attentive but not overbearing and were a joy to talk to.Have to say one of the best espresso martinis in Stockton too 😋We have been before and had a good experience, but have to say this was even better. Well done to everyone who works there 😍 we will be back soon xx

So impressive. We visited here over the weekend and were blown away by the quality and taste of everything that came out of the kitchen. The service of the ladies who served us was second to none and we hope to return here if we're in Stockton again. Thank you very much!

Mushroom starter was amazing, fajita main has lots of food (had to take some home!) And comes with chips so that's great. Dessert was white chocolate cheesecake, which tasted too cheesey, not chocolatey enough, and needed more fruit with it, maybe a raspberry compote with some fresh raspberries. Otherwise a lovely meal. I tried the other desserts too (sticky toffee, apple crumble, banoffee, chocolate cake, all gorgeous, creme brulee was nice but lacked much flavour)

We have been many times and always enjoyed ourselves...unfortunately this time was different. 40 minutes to get our first drink and 3 and a half hours till we finished our meal....one of us had a steak which was cold when it arrived...she wanted it medium to well done...it came back rare...that was left. The rest of the food was fine. But this experience has put us off going there again.

Average, warm welcome.Service is a little lacking. Ordered drinks on arrival, had starters with no drinks. Asked for drinks when table was cleared. Drinks eventually arrived with the main course.It would appear the tables are not served by an individual waiter/waitress and as a result it is not a personal experience.It all seemed very rushed and although it was a Saturday evening or reservation was early.More focus on the customer needed.

After spending many a night in the Stockton area, my colleagues and I enjoyed countless meals at this restaurant. Eating pretty much every item on the menu between us all, no one ever complained about their food. In my opinion it's the best restaurant in the area (and we tried a fair few others)!
