One of the first Range shops l went to and always like a look round to see what's on offer, good selection of household goods and garden materials but a bit pricey on the plants.

This was my first time at the range in Stockton, and what a place! You can definitely tell its an American chain, its like an entire other world of shopping & consumer delight. I did find what I was looking for after trying 3 other places though, and the staff were canny helpful enough. Only marked 4 stars as there was literally 1 staff member for almost the whole shop floor, which is pretty vast.

I haven't been in several years, due to distance not the shop itself. There have been quite a few changes over the years. You can now take a rest in the cafe area, or buy things for the garden. The staff were very helpful. I'm hoping I will be able to start going a few more times a year now.

Okay shop, nothing much here than items for around the home, good selection and decently priced, just again quite a huge place and can get crowded.Would rate more stars, just small aisles and sometimes queuing ques make it hard navigating, as for prices and quality, not too bad. 3 star - okay shop non the less with friendly staff.

Very poor service. Items labelled as one price of the shelf and another at the till. "Well that's the price it is". Took them to verify the incorrect price on the shelf and they removed the price ticket and said "well we've removed it from sale now. We can do that within 24 hours of you seeing it". We left our shopping and went elsewhere. Very poor customer service. 😔
