Costa Coffee in Stockton-on-Tees

Staff are loud, seem to always be random people not in uniform working here. (teenagers cleaning windows shouting across the shop having a laugh???) Seats are falling apart, some of the plugs just don't work. Feels more like somebodys kitchen than a Costa

Relaxing atmosphere. Good facilities to charge phones etc, gorgeous coffee etc. Reasonable prices and excellent place to relax and unwind

First visit to this branch of Costa, a little disappointed that I couldn't collect any costa points as the scanner was not working none of the staff advised nor offered any other way to secure them then we were overcharged on our drinks however, once challenged the overcharge was quickly rectified. I will say that the chocolate, salted caramel brownie was really nice 😋The armchairs that we were sat in were a little bit worse for wear and could do with replacing but other than that the place was clean, tidy and mostly okay I guess. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Nothing better than a costa coffee. Normally go for a latte. But decided to go for a flat black instead and I was not dissapointed. Service is always great and cannot wait for the Christmas drink specials

Coffee is always good. This Costa is opposite church so is perfect for popping in before or after.

Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful. Store was kept clean and tidy. Will be back again soon for another delicious coffee

I've visited this Costa for last two days and both days the app points was not working..tables were not cleaned after people left and dirty pots not collected before other customers sat down. Staff not too friendly either. I have visited Costa in billingham and they are cleaning all the time and staff very friendly. With Stockton being in the high tier of the coronovirus I was disappointed that cleanliness was not being carried out...I will not be visiting this Costa again.
