Costa Coffee in Stockton-on-Tees

Great place for coffee & pastry clean & tidy and friendly service

Staff are great, super friendly and very helpful. That's despite being significantly let down by the Franchise owners who takes months and years to resolve issues in the Cafe. Taken at least 4 months to replace their dishwasher and a window was broken for at least 6 months a few years ago. It's a shame because I love the layout and always find a spot to chill and enjoy a coffee.

Staff are loud, seem to always be random people not in uniform working here. (teenagers cleaning windows shouting across the shop having a laugh???) Seats are falling apart, some of the plugs just don't work. Feels more like somebodys kitchen than a Costa

Relaxing atmosphere. Good facilities to charge phones etc, gorgeous coffee etc. Reasonable prices and excellent place to relax and unwind

Nothing better than a costa coffee. Normally go for a latte. But decided to go for a flat black instead and I was not dissapointed. Service is always great and cannot wait for the Christmas drink specials

First visit to this branch of Costa, a little disappointed that I couldn't collect any costa points as the scanner was not working none of the staff advised nor offered any other way to secure them then we were overcharged on our drinks however, once challenged the overcharge was quickly rectified. I will say that the chocolate, salted caramel brownie was really nice 😋The armchairs that we were sat in were a little bit worse for wear and could do with replacing but other than that the place was clean, tidy and mostly okay I guess. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Always a nice wee treat after the gym, staff are friendly, service always great. Well done ladies,Ps coffee not to bad either ☕ 😋 also xx
