Always made nice and hot and in good timeStaff are helpful in the shop. Nice that there's dietry options and if you have any issues you can call and make specific requests.

Used to be good. Maybe still okay for pickup. But if you order for delivery it always turns up late and stone cold. Might as well cook you own pizza as you end up having to reheat it anyway.

Good quality Pizza's that were held +20 minutes in the "Quality Control " area on their website. Needless to say, when they arrived they were nearly cold and we had to heat them in our oven.

Whenever I've ordered from here, the staff have been friendly & the food has been excellent 🍕🍕😊😊

A second terrible experience at this dominos in Stockton, first time I ordered and it never arrived so I had to ring up and request a refund for £16.99.Tonight after giving them a second go I asked for 'half & half' veggie/vegan cheese for dietary requirements and they gave only dairy. Incredibly concerning that the biggest pizza chain in the world doesn't have the abstract thought process to pay attention to detail. Now I'm sitting at home with a bag of rocket and a cold falafel. Bunch of sausages.

A Good option if you wanna grab a decent pizza on the go. This particular Domino's is situated at a very convenient location. Plenty of parking around. Good variety. Personal choices are classic ones such as pepperoni pizza and margarita. They also do plenty of other items such as starters and deserts. Food was prepared very fast while we watched it getting done. Domino's are usually a great service. Quick, with great customer experience. The last two times I've ordered from them have been horrendous. The first time the order was cancelled without knowledge - and it took 6 weeks to be refunded. Myself, and my partner decided to give domino's another chance this evening and order. After 50 minutes, we called the store as the app seemed frozen - only to find we were never going to get our order.I'm not angry at specific people. I am angry at domino's and their customer experience.I won't be ordering from them again.

It’s a shame I couldn’t give this 0 stars as I have nothing to review. Ordered pizzas from them and then after an hour and a half I rang the store to ask where they were and was told it wouldn’t be long as they were out for delivery, 50 minutes later no food had turned up so again I rang the store to ask, I was told he would only be a few more minutes so waited again, still nothing, so I tried to ring the store for a third time, however there was no answer, I tried several times to contact them but the phone was not answered at all. I will be contacting the store again today to ask for a refund as I never received my order, which is especially appalling given the prices you actually pay for pizzas here.

It's a shame that 1 star is the lowest it can go, if possible I would give 0.The pizzas were never delivered then when we called the store to ask what happened they said the driver had tried to contact us but they hadn't, the order tracker never updated and was on prep for 30 minutes. The store said they would get it our as soon as possible, an hour and half later they still hadn't arrived so we called back and they said the driver was 5 minutes away, (the shop is 8 minutes away by car anyway) 15 minutes later called again and they told us they didn't know where the driver was, so basically the driver stole our pizza then had the audacity to send me an email asking for a tip for the delivery.Really annoyed as I wanted the cookies, probably the only good part of the food.

Always fast service with hot and fresh food served. When the garlic dips I had purchased we're forgotten in the delivery they were extremely helpful and fast in resolving the situation, even adding an extra pot on free! Definitely recommend absolutely fab.
