Express Pizzeria in Stockton-on-Tees

Ordered food from here, after waiting an hour, the food never arrived! No one answered their phones and still waiting! Wouldn’t trust this place at all!!

food mediocre. I remember this place back in the early 80s, It was called bake and take. The curried mince and chips were to die for.

Rang for a delivery at just after 11 even tho they close at 12, guy on the phone said no deliveries so I pointed out they advertise, last delivery 1130pm and close at 12 for collection he didnt seem bothered about the google times advertised and said nah and put phone down :( wont be using again

Used to be a really good pizza shop but it's gone downhill so much now..there grill aint been cleaned since they opened I don't think..Im not gonna get into the food as the list of complaints is too big..won't be using again

Got 2 Pizzas and Garlic Bread last night and they ended up in the bin as were over cooked so were very dry and tasted burnt. Spoilt the evening. Chips were lovely though which is why I gave 2 stars not 0.

I ordered a hot and spicy salami and chilli pizza from them. It was extremely greasy - horrible, oily ‘mozzarella’ - which I doubt had any dairy products in it at all - (probably a fat replacement product vegetable oil based, rather than dairy).I have never tasted such a greasy pizza in all my life! It was like it had been dipped in oil - absolutely disgusting! There was far too much cheese on the pizza and hardly any topping! The best bit, was a couple of bits of salami and the chilli! I would NEVER buy a pizza from them again!I wouldn’t care, I had burritos from them a few months ago and they were really nice and I enjoyed them.

Very good takeaway. Food is always freshly baked so might be a wait sometimes but not a problem if not in a hurry. Best to phone up and place order then decide whether to collect order yourself or get home delivery. Always been told, when placing order, how long it will take to be ready but never had to wait too long if selecting home delivery, usually within the hour latest.

Best clean and good food very friendly staff . Very good quality nice and delicious food from here number one in Norton
