Farooqs Bengal Tiger in Stockton-on-Tees

Food is lovely bur delivery service is absolutely shocking..do be prepared never arrives in time .even if ordered hours in advance...rang up on way hour later yiu can still be waiting ..now phones constantly engaged

Took 3 hours from ordering for the food to arrive. I rang up about 2:30 hours of waiting to be told I was out and would only be 10 mins. Another half an hour passed and I rang again to be told they would contact the driver. Only thing stopping me from giving 1 star is the food was still somehow warm when it finally did arrive

Waited a long time for delivery, when the food finally arrived it was stone cold. No taste or favour what so ever. Rang up and told them and they offered me 1 free side on my next order, but who in the right mind is going to re order when the food is freezing & tastless. Won't be returning.... AVOID!!

Order was wrong yet again !!! , Got message to say food was on its way, half hour later arrived, luke warm at best and with the naan missing. I phoned straight up and was told they could deliver it but it would be another hour, or I could have 2 next time, or my money back!! It’s the fact all it needed was someone to double check the order before it left the shop. It’s not that hard !!! The food is nice but this is the 3rd time the order has been wrong. Need to pay more attention, and give the drivers a sat nav!! Extremely disappointed. Will be going back to the Shalimar in future

This has got to be the best Indian in Stockton . I have ordered many times and have never had a bad meal yet ! I recommend to my friend and family as I am so confident you will deliver! Keep up the good work guys well done .

Seen as though they haven't uploaded my review on just eat I will put it on here totally raw chicken and the shish kebab in my mixed grill disgusting to serve food like this especially chicken. £40 order aswell won't use them again.

Fast delivery. Vindaloo was hot but super tasty. Plenty of well cooked meat. Pakoras and rice were equally well cooked and delicious. First time ordering from here but would definitely give a few more dishes a try.

Ordered from here last night and it wasn't good. Very expensive compared to our usual. Very little for what you paid, and some of it tasted strange. I don't know if they use gas ovens but some of it tasted a bit like gasoline. Especially the seekh kebab.I fully appreciate they were busy, and when I had to call for an update after waiting an hour and a half, the guy was really lovely and apologetic. But the food also turned up cold and needed to be reheated. Like I say, I get it was a ridiculously busy night, but I don't think I'll order again sorry.

Nice too see the bengal tiger back hope it delivers like it use too.my experience from past bengal was the best by far.my beef dansak was really nice with no fat also my rogan josh was gorgeous hope he keeps the good work up because it could be a hit.i was a little disappointed with the meat samosas because they were on the small side and the pastry was cripsy like Chinese spring rolls . it's a 👍from me
