Place is a joke!! Dealers can’t do correct pay outs and when you question them they say you’re abusive and ban you for 6 months 😂! Good luck on your reopening from covid …… you’re going to need it

Food took an hour to arrive even though there was only one other table with people dining. Chips were undercooked.

Worst experience ever had at a casino. Slots could not pay out winnings, some retained membership card, under these circumstances absence of staff was very noticable. Left with card stuck in machine and machine alarm sounding to try and attract attendant not a happy customer, as there was no signs informing customers of problems.

Place is ok ordering drinks at the bar takes forever. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable even though i didnt win ha had a really good time on tables. Atmosphere was good due to the people around the table was a laugh. There was some live music on. It was ok overall a good night out. But it could be better organised at the bar.
