KFC in Stockton-on-Tees

Food was fine but the survice was awful as always. No point going to the drive through cause no matter how short of long the queue they make you park up and wait for the food, 20 minutes I was waiting and in the end went in to get it or cancel. No point ordering on the app as they don't put the order through till you're there. Late back for work, cheers :(

So crispy and piping hot. Absolutely AMAZING. Didn't go in to the store. Had a drive thru but the food was brilliant.

Absolute joke of a place. Would give it 0 stars if it was an option since 1 star is deserved for a place that actually gives you your food. Took so long to begin preparing our order that our delivery driver cancelled and told us what was going on.

Absolutely the worst place for food....half our order was missing and the food we did get was discusting.....only advice I can give is give this kfc the widest birth ....dont waste your money here ...the managers attitude was not our problem

KFC is no longer finger lickin good. When I was a child you sucked the bones and never stopped licking your fingers. Sorry but bring the old recipe back and get rid of the salt. The restaurant in stockton is dirty do not recommend. Big Mac for us for a quick snack.

Seating area a complete mess, table service take ya table number and collect ya self. Food barely warm. Worst KFC I've been to. Never again. Don't recommend what so ever

Very poor, 14:15pm used the drive through service, the member of staff that took my order and payment was great, delivery window I was given the wrong drink, then told to move to the collection parking, however someone was already parked in it and a queue was being caused because everyone was trying to get into it. So I moved to the nearest bay to the collection which is a disabled bay literally 10 yards from collection, they staff the gave my order to the next vehicle stuck in the queue instead of me. The owner of that vehicle then went inside with the order, so I followed in, I complained and she then gave me "my order" fresh.. however, I don't believe it, they got my order wrong again and have me something completely different, which I only noticed when I got home which isn't far from the drive through, I have been charged £6.49 for the displeasure I have for visiting this KFC. I will not return to this one again, very unhappy.

Food good as usual ,place needed a good clean up in some area's . Observed not many people wearing masks especially the delivery drivers not one of them only a small round sign on window about masks .

The chicken is always burnt, super oily and I the different foods I've gotten from this place do not taste good. I ate here twice and both times I had the same experience. I've tried other KFC restaurants and I used to love it but this one was a disappointment.

We came in on a Sunday around 2pm, my first time here. We ordered a large Zinger Burger meal and a regular 4 piece origonal recipe chicken. My Zinger was delicious, cannot fault it, The zinger chicken coating was perfectly crisp. I do wish there were more chips though. My fiance' loved his chicken pieces, Place was clean, service was patient and friendly. Reasonably priced and not so busy which was great.
