I went to speak with them and they smirked. I told them if she makes a puddle on the floor it'll be them that have to clean it up.

slow service, fanta tastes like coffee, well overpriced for how small the potions are, employers were rude and took 15minutes for a drink xx

On Tuesday 02/08/22 the shop supposed to give 9 pieces of chicken for 5.99. I went in ordered and been told that we do not have it this week although it s been promoted. At the same time ordered online and they delivered to us. Rang them to complain,some one who was pretended herself as manager, took my time and with unacceptable excuse of lack of enough chicken passed the phone to manager and she even did not accept that they have sent delivery and gave me wrong information. Once told the supplier couldn't bring chicken for us then told me you need to order online and come to shop, just playing with words a Very bad response from them. Why you promote when you can not supply.

Ordered a zinger burger box meal really close to closing after a 22hr shift. They left me a hand written note as they had no zinger burgers left so close to shutting and gave me an extra hot wing, dips and regular popcorn. Sorry for ordering so late but max respect for all of you guys and gals. All the best. Made my night

If I could give zero I would . Ordered with uber . Food arrived after about 30 mins .. Great until we looked at what had arrived . Box for 1 and twister meal. Maximum of 20 chips between both meals , probably for the best as they were stone cold and rock hard . Twister had what appeared to be someone's garden waste in, I think it was supposed to be lettuce, it may have been a couple of weeks ago. Chicken was tepid at best . Something is really wrong when the coleslaw is warmer than the rest of the food. Two bites of the twister and it went in the bin and its bad when even the dog wouldn't eat the chips.Next time I'll take the £20 and eat it it can't possibly taste any worseThe hubby is even less discerning than the dog and his went straight in the bin as well.Really not impressed 😐

0/10 foods cold, got home to the wrong order, chicken is covered in what looks like sand, partner uses my loves it but has binned it all, staff took forever to bring the food even tho it was empty.

First of all it's neat place and placed in a clean area, feel so much comfortable to dine in there.But it's quite busy there drive through and dine in.Really good experience as a customer good employees there, food is also tasty.wheelchair access car parking facility toilet also available there.you can enjoy with your friends and family like a good atmosphere inside or in the car.I really appreciated the way they placed the building,we can sit inside and get a view of outside while eating.I give a five star rating for it.

I ordered a Chicken Bucket this afternoon around 16:40-16:45 from this restaurant to eat in as i was absolutely starving and decided to come here for some food. And I was extremely disappointed as the Chicken that I ordered was plagued with grease as it covered the entire tray that I got given. The chicken was disgusting and tasted not cooked properly. I Didn't want finish all of it.A rip off for over 15 pound, the food should be at higher standard for customers.I don't recommend this KFC, I'd only go back if the food was produced to a higher standard for the price that I have to pay for it and not plagued with tons of grease.

Food was fine but the survice was awful as always. No point going to the drive through cause no matter how short of long the queue they make you park up and wait for the food, 20 minutes I was waiting and in the end went in to get it or cancel. No point ordering on the app as they don't put the order through till you're there. Late back for work, cheers :(

We came in on a Sunday around 2pm, my first time here. We ordered a large Zinger Burger meal and a regular 4 piece origonal recipe chicken. My Zinger was delicious, cannot fault it, The zinger chicken coating was perfectly crisp. I do wish there were more chips though. My fiance' loved his chicken pieces, Place was clean, service was patient and friendly. Reasonably priced and not so busy which was great.
