Was a regular customer here, ordered tonight they said £31 so i said can i add chips they then tried to charge me nearly 38 by textI rang and spent 15 mins on the phone explaining how to add up. He assured me he would sort it and food was in the ove!All lies ! Got that sorted but 45 mins lapsed since ordering and get a phone call to say no pizza left when it was due , - our pizza would make it £25 and they said u can have something free so i said wakka wakka chicken they then tried to charge me £31 explained well its not free then !! told them to cancel it all keep the food !!! Absolute joke of an excuse of service !!! Wont be coming back here again after my little girl was sat waiting saying shes hungry and wanted her pizza ! Don't know the heads from their a**es

Very slow, staff not polite on phone , telling lies about order time scale and putting phone down while talking to customers.

Fantastic experience. Lovely food, children couldn't get enough of it. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

I waited 90 minutes for my food to arrive. After 60 minutes of waiting on the app it stated my food had arrived. I phoned up 3 times and on each occasions, I was told 10mins and that the shop was busy ☹️

ordered 3 times and the first time the food tasted really nice, always on time or even earlier but the last 2 times the rasta pasta made my stomach so upset right after eating it , the full Kilimanjaro chicken was smelly. I'm giving it 3 stars for delivering on time and pitta bread with the chips which is the only thing that's tasted nice the 3 times I've ordered it. I'd only order again for the pitta bread chicken and not anything else.
