Lotus Express in Stockton-on-Tees

First time we have tried this one and wow so glad we did, absolutely lovely, food was very tasty, definitely will be back

Food tasted microwaved and honestly disgusting. I came here once before and it was nice then this was absolutely horrendous. Chips where anemic, chowmain was tasteless with no sauce and the sweet and sour was microwaved and processed. Such a shame, I won't be coming back

Beautiful food. Always fast collection and delivery times. Only issue is the phone line, almost impossible to get hold of on a regular basis.

Takeaway is always lovely, tasty hot food from here.Sitting in is great too,generous portions, drinks very fairly priced and service excellent.Took a group of friends yesterday, all said they would love to come back to eat here with family.

Great food, reason for 4* and not 5 was staff could of been abit more friendlier, asked to sit at the window as the whole restaurant was empty it was late and during a week day but got denied and had to sit in the corner! No one else came in whilst we dined there either.. Maybe it was a one off and she was having a bad day but would probably go again, just smile next time be more considerate it goes a long way! 😛

I have just had the most disgusting King Prawn Chow Mein ever I will not be using this takeaway again. I only gave them 1 star because l couldn't comment without it, if there was a minus option it would have minus 10

This is the worst ever service i have ever had the worst (AVOID THIS BIG TIME )order 2 x chicken chowmein only to find 3 bits small chickedn in one and none in other.I thought better call them to let them know for a woman who said she was owner NOT POSSIBLE she only sits in seat taking orders and money CASH ONLY never checkes or sees the food.She put the phone down on me and then i called back for her to say she was someone different.PLEASE DO NOT ORDER OR EAT AT THIS PLACE VERY VERY IGNORRANT PEOPLE ONLY HAPPY TO TAKE THE CASH...........
