Had a meal delivered last night and found a black hair about 12 inches long wrapped around my meal - obviously the whole thing went in the bin! Not happy at all - I expect better hygiene levels than this!

Order on phone, pick up in shop. Masks must be worn and only 3 people allowed in shop at one time. Felt very safe and food as good as always.

Nice Chinese food, plenty of choice, never had a bad meal in the many times I've been there they occasionally forget an item but otherwise very good.

My usual was closed so tried here. Quality food and nice staff. One of if not the best meal I have had from a take away. I won't be going back to my old one thats for sure. The best i have tried in a long while. Singapore chow mein and hot and sour soup both were delicious Thank you

We've never had a problem from lucky house. Food is good, portion size is good beef fried rice serves 2!. Customer service is very good, always polite. Not tried delivery service so cannot comment on that.I do wish they'd do a taste all, mini dishes so you can try different things

Very prompt delivery. Ordered chicken cashew nuts. some of the onion was really tough to eat and the chicken was not what I expected. My other half ordered fried rice which was quite dry with not much taste and the sweet and sour sauce didn't have much taste. Unfortunately he doesn't want to use again which is a shame as we used to use this Chinese every week.

Quick delivery and good telephone service. Good portion sizes. My criticism is that the food tastes too sweet. Ordered chicken chow mein and couldnt eat it as it was a bit sickly. Partner said the same about special fried rice.
