Mcdonald's Restaurants in Stockton-on-Tees

We ate in and it took 10 minutes to get our food. It wasn't even hot but was in hurry, don't think we would stop here again.

Waited nearly half an hour in the drive thru yesterday, food was stone cold

It’s not a drive through it’s a car park. Fast food forget it. Maybe I’ll try going inside next time as customers come out faster

Scalded myself in car park opening cup of tea to put milk in. Rang them but they aren’t overly concerned !

Once again the drive thru was incredibly slow, almost 45 minutes

Chaos reigned due to the fact the queue blocked access to the screens that are meant to speed up service. Too many "deliveroo" types taking up valuable space.

I don’t think i have ever been in this McDonald’s and thought to my self that its clean. The place is rancid and should be shut down! Staff are always miserable and unhelpful. Toilets are always dirty and the bins are always full.

Only used this cause both Toby & Sizzling pubs weren't open for breakfast & needed something to eat desperately! Wish we'd got a sandwich from Tescos' instead.

Overall good service however there was quite a wait on food which defeated the object of a fast food restaurant

Had a specific request at the drive thru and William talked me through it thoroughly and didn't make me feel rushed! Really friendly staff in high spirits considering how busy it is
