Great store such good selection of both food and clothes and staff so helpfull.. especially sara at self sevice checkout.. lovely girl and very helpfull

Living out in the sticks with limited choices of where to shop, you can imagine how a Child feels in a Sweet Shop. What choices, & more options than we have here.My meal in the Cafe was delicious. Thoroughly recommend The Steak Pie.UPDATE - Jacket Potatoes are good too!The toilets were clean & tidy.The only downside in my opinion was the parking. We automatically turned to the Left only to find the nearest parking bays were Parent & Toddler ones, with the Disabled ones further away. In my opinion they should swap the two sections round. There were some Disabled Bays around to the Right so if we go again & remember, we will try for one of those.UPDATE parking still the same as it was, with the added loss of parking spaces due to the new Shelter & outdoor items. This new outside gardening shelter has quite a good range of affordable plants & trees.

I just wanted to thank the gentleman at the petrol station (don’t know his name) that went above and beyond a few weeks ago to help me . It was getting late and the jet wash wouldn’t work. He went out of his way to help . Credit to your company we should have more ppl like him

Shopping 05/05/22 and overfilled my small trolly so asked Michael if he could get me a larger trolly when I got through the til. He not only did that he helped me pack my shopping and took it to the car and helped me load it in. Always fantastic customer service at this store!

A spacious place to do your food shopping with clothing and selection of home/kitchen items. The Bakery, Deli, Meat & Fish counters are great for fresh food and great quality & value.Only rated 4 star as some items were not placed on the shelf under their respective price tags. Whoever stocks the shelves need to be more aware - I only noticed when I got home and my till receipt showed that an item, cost a lot more than I assumed it to be. It was a more enhanced toothpaste, so I don't think I can return for the one I actually thought I wanted. Expensive mistake that all adds up your shopping bill, when you least need it

Too large to be homely. Good to very good assortment of products. Nice cheese and meat delicatessen. Has a cafe but have not been in so can't rate. Loads of parking though not undercover, but has disabled parking next to store.

Seems a little disjointed and not organised with how people will actually want to shop. Not a massive range of fresh things but living in Sweden it is what I am used to so maybe this is norm in the uk now.

Good store, plenty of choice and normally quite well stocked. Marked down 1 point as most shops have 1 thing not available or sold out.The staff are friendly and the store is clean and tidy.

Great shopping place for NHS staff if you have the app. 10% discount and extra offers always there. Can honestly say we get excellent service at the Teesside store, compared to Bishop Auckland which I would rate at 2*

Good friendly staff and much cleaner than my local Morrisons store. Freezers once again leaking all over the floor which is a hazard (since it wasn't even signed so I didn't see it at first) hence deducting one star. Checkout staff friendly and a credit to the store. Super good range of home cooking ingredients, and bulk buy options, especially in rice and spices. Keep up the good work and hopefully fix those fridges and freezers!
