Great food but more expensive than most other fish and chip shops.

Not all its cracked up to be . Whilst travelling around the UK we were told to try the fish shop .Neither myself my partner or my grandchildren were impressed. The fish pattie had hardly any fish in , less than 10% . Chip portions were very poor . Battered sausage was the only thing they got right . I found the staff weren't interested in the customer only get you out fast . You have to ask for salt and vinegar which I find rather annoying . On our travels we have been to alot better chippies with alot less history . I think they need to reevaluate their priorities. Customer is king . Won't be back any time soon . Ps very expensive for very little reward . Binned most of the food , sorry guys you need to do better alot better .

Fish and chips amazing, as always. Unfortunately there seemed to be a new server who although took pay for two lots of fish and chips only gave one, rectified as customer queried what had been placed in bag and also seemed to give very sparse portions. Definitely not up to usual standard. However, I would like to say this has not stopped me from returning as they taste amazing. Please keep an eye on new employees to ensure your quality standards remain five star.

Definitely the best fish shop in or around Norton! Always really delicious. They deliver now and always come quickly. Staff are lovely. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my fish and chips.

At 5pm I would expect the chips to be fresh but unfortunately the texture and dryness of them tells me otherwise. They were some of the worst chips I've had for a long time. Fish was OK but unfortunately I won't be back.

Probably the best fish & chips I've tasted in a long time.Lovely flaky fish in a crispy batter. The chips were good too, normally you get served claggy chunks of potatoes but these were lovely.Would highly recommend.

It’s no wonder people travel from all over the boro to come to this fish and chip shop as it’s by far the best around in my opinion. We’ve tried many over the years and you just can’t come close to the standard this chippy sets. The owner and staff are great and it seems they love working there and being part of something special. Fish portions are the size of your arm and the chips are cooked to perfection. Honestly if your looking for anywhere to go look no further than this norton based chippy. It’s won awards for its food.
