Norton Road Fish Bar in Stockton-on-Tees

The food is always lovely. Its just a large chips is very small, in my opinion the portion sizes of chips are tiny. A large would feed one female adult. We've tried to get round this, ordering small and a large or 2 large for 4 and every time it's tiny. For the price I think the portions should be bigger.

Absolutely appalling service ordered food at 7.30pm to collect at 8pm Happy to take payment still waiting at 8.20pm for food to be ready its not a hard task to get an order ready on time definitely won't be returning

Food is always good. Arrives hot and fish is always cooked well. 4 stars given because of delivery time. I don't mind waiting, especially when it's a Friday tea time, but it's frustrating when delivery time states 1 hour, but it's actually 2hrs.We would use again, but I will pick up myself.Good communication from manager when I messaged them about this.

First time ordered from here the fish was very good. I ordered regular size fish which was bigger than expected. Batter was crispy could not fault it. Delivery was spot on. Would order again and next time i will make sure i order the chips.

food is ok, not anything special, Always late, which wouldn't be an issue if we weren't ordering specifically for an elderly person who feels Ill they don't eat at the right times. Tried Ordering earlier and earlier but still ends up late.

Food is always piping hot and high quality ingredients. Massive portions at reasonable prices. Love you guys. Monty said thank you for his extra sausage. Have a fab new year xxx

A great chip shop and one that delivers. The guy actually cares about his business and made a point to apologise for a previous late delivery just from memory. It can get busy and sometime deliveries can be late but the food is always awesome so is worth the wait (which usually isn't long)
